"Nobody gets up one day and decides to be a terrorist for no reason. They don't hate us for our freedoms. They hate us and commit acts of terror because one day, as they are going about their normal lives, there is a horrendous blast and people they have known all their lives are lying in bloody shreds at their feet, mixed in with shrapnel stamped 'Made in the USA.'" -- Michael Rivero

The Russian Armed Forces have attacked the Yavorovsky training ground and logistics center in the Lviv region of Ukraine. The strike was carried out by a hypersonic Kinzhal missile.

The base that was attacked is one of THREE (3) major NATO centers inside Ukraine:

At the time of the attack, instructors from NATO countries and more than 300 military personnel were at the training ground. Preliminarily,  100+  foreigners died.

Yavorovsky training ground is a key and crucial logistics hub of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which was involved in the transfer of Western armored vehicles, air defense systems and ammunition for artillery and air defense systems. It is close to the Polish border and has been used for extensive troop deployment and training.

The “Dagger” strike was carried out almost immediately after reports of the transfer of French military personnel to the Lviv region.

Elsewhere in Ukraine, the Russians made another Frenchman "leave" the country:

Right before the 2022 Midterms, Democrats managed to pass an “inflation” bill. Titled the “Inflation Reduction Act,” the bill had little to do with lowering inflation (as we’ve seen). The bill instead threw billions at environmental justice causes—not helping Americans put food on the table.

This bill gave the Environmental Protection Agency a huge injection of cash it was desperately craving. The EPA does little itself. Instead, it hands out grants to far-left, “green” groups.

Republican Sen. Shelley Moore Capito conducted an investigation on one of the grants given out by the EPA. The federal agency gave $50 million to a group called “Climate Justice Alliance.” Sounds like this group fights to protect the environment, right? Not quite.

From The Post Millennial:
US Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) announced this week that the Environmental Protection Agency awarded a $50 million grant to Climate Justice Alliance using funds from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which Democrats have touted as the biggest climate bill ever. Climate Justice Alliance “engages in pro-Hamas, anti-Israel, and anti-Semitic activities,” Capito said…

“Many of us warned of the waste, fraud, and abuse. No one could have dreamed it could be this bad.”

Vice-Admiral Sir Clive Johnstone, former Commander of NATO’s Maritime Command, who died on May 16th, 2024 said in a recent interview with IHS Jane’s that the Alliance sees “more activity from Russian submarines than we’ve seen since the days of the Cold War.

Commander says “a lot of what the Russians are doing at the moment we don’t understand, and is obscure.”

Nuclear weapons also lay hidden under Arctic ice

Such as submarine «Yury Dolgoruky» that carries up to 16 Bulava-missiles, each holding six to ten nuclear warheads.

A reported Ukrainian attack on a Russian early-warning radar installation may have been approved by the US and poses the risk of a nuclear escalation, an analysis published by the Austrian armed forces has warned.

Ukrainian sources claimed last week that Kiev had delivered a strike at a Voronezh-DM site in Russia’s southern Krasnodar Region, near the city of Armavir. The alleged operation is significant, considering that the facility is part of Russian nuclear deterrence, according to the explanation penned by Colonel Markus Reisner and posted by the Austrian military on Sunday. The website regularly shares work by the historian and military expert.

It is unlikely that attacking the radar station had direct military value for Kiev, Reisner argues. One could speculate that disabling it would reduce the amount of intelligence that Russia collects on Ukrainian launches of US-donated ATACMS ballistic missiles, he said. But the station is designed to detect intercontinental ballistic missiles that fly at altitudes much higher than the tactical weapons used by Ukraine.

The expert suggested that the alleged attack may have been a US-sanctioned response to Moscow’s reminders that it could use non-strategic nuclear weapons under certain circumstances. Senior Ukrainian and Western officials have called those statements a form of blackmail. Earlier this month, President Vladimir Putin ordered tactical nuclear exercises in the Southern Military District, which borders Ukraine. Moscow said this was in response to increasingly hostile rhetoric by Western officials.

”If this is indeed the case, two further conclusions can be drawn: first, the situation in Ukraine is extremely serious and, second, the war over Ukraine has escalated again,” Reisner wrote. Such an attack could qualify for a nuclear retaliation, the colonel added.

More than 4 million chickens in Iowa will have to be killed after a case of the highly pathogenic bird flu was detected at a large egg farm, the state announced Tuesday.

Crews are in the process of killing 4.2 million chickens after the disease was found at a farm in Sioux County, Iowa, making it the latest in a yearslong outbreak that now is affecting dairy cattle as well. Last week, the virus was confirmed at an egg farm west of Minneapolis, Minnesota, leading to the slaughter of nearly 1.4 million chickens.

Overall, 92.34 million birds have been killed since the outbreak began in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Although bird flu has become somewhat common among poultry, its spread to cattle has added to worries about the disease. In May, a second dairy farmworker was diagnosed with bird flu, and the virus was detected in both beef and milk. It has been confirmed on dairy cattle farms in nine states.

A billionaire from Dayton, Ohio is planning to plunge to “Titanic-level depths” in a multi-million dollar submersible, nearly a year after a sub tragically imploded on its way to the ship’s wreckage.

According to reports, Larry Connor plans to take a $20 million deep-sea submersible to “Titanic-level depths” to prove the personal-sub industry is safe after the tragedy, which claimed five lives.

“I want to show people worldwide that while the ocean is extremely powerful, it can be wonderful and enjoyable and really kind of life-changing if you go about it the right way,” Connor told The Wall Street Journal.

Connor plans to venture to the ocean depths with Triton Submarines co-founder Patrick Lahey. The duo will plunge into the ocean in a Triton 4000/2 Abyssal Explorer — a two-person submersible.

Former GOP presidential nominee and Trump ally Vivek Ramaswamy stopped by Tuesday night’s Hannity to share his thoughts on Democrat panic, Trump’s NYC trial, President Biden, and more.

“I am convinced, Vivek, and tell me if I’m wrong, regardless of the outcome of this trial, I don’t think it has any impact on the election. Thoughts?” Hannity asks Ramaswamy.

“It’s a win-win for Donald Trump, right now. The American people have seen through the farce that is this trial in Manhattan. It is one of the weakest cases that have ever been brought against a prominent person and it is a shameful stain on our history that most people across the political spectrum understand,” Ramaswamy said.

Ramaswamy also reacted to Democrats panicking over Biden’s re-election chances and the upcoming presidential debates.

“The reason they have set the debate on June 27…is that I think it’s the final trial balloon for Joe Biden…if Joe Biden underperforms there, the [Democrats] will restart the race, possibly with a new nominee.”

Target is drastically shrinking the assortment of products in its LGBTQ-friendly Pride collection to just 75 items — down from more than 2,000 a year ago — following boycotts that dogged the chain last year, according to a report.

The Minnesota-based “cheap chic” discount retailer saw its bottom line take a hit last year after it became engulfed in a firestorm on social media over clothing and accessories that were being marketed for kids last year during Pride month.

In addition to slashing its assortment by 96% to just 75 items, a recent report from Business Insider found that Target had also toned down the flamboyant nature of the products.

Having failed to achieve any of its declared military goals after the invasion of Gaza City and later Khan Yunis, the Israeli leadership set its sights on the last remaining area of the besieged coastal territory.

Despite urging civilians to flee the rest of the Gaza Strip to the southernmost city of Rafah, the area has now become the primary target of Tel Aviv’s ground offensive.

Now framed by the Israeli military and much of Western media, as the last remaining stronghold of Hamas, Rafah was previously labeled a safe haven for the civilian population of Gaza.

‘Real Hamas Headquarters’

After initially having claimed that Hamas was operating a multi-layered military headquarters underneath al-Shifa Hospital in northern Gaza, the pretext for Israel’s invasion of the medical complex, they quickly pivoted to claiming that Khan Yunis was “the real Hamas headquarters”.

Following the collapse of Israel’s lies regarding the alleged headquarters for Hamas under al-Shifa, in December of 2023 the city of Khan Yunis was invaded under a similar pretext. Predictably, there was no “Hamas headquarters” located in Khan Yunis and its primary hospital, the Nasser Hospital, which they attempted to claim was a base for military operations like they claimed al-Shifa Hospital was.

Following the latest Israeli massacres in Gaza, several countries reiterated their calls for an immediate ceasefire, and Colombia’s President called on the UN to send peacekeeping forces.

‘Deep Sadness’ – Chinese President

Expressing “deep sadness” over the “dire situation in Gaza,” China’s President Xi Jinping reiterated on Wednesday a call for an “urgent” ceasefire.

“The ongoing conflict has caused massive casualties among innocent civilians in Palestine and the humanitarian situation in Gaza is dire,” Xi stated during bilateral talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at the Great Hall of People in Beijing, Anadolu News Agency reported.

“China is deeply saddened,” Xi reportedly added.

“What is urgent now is to realize a cease-fire as early as possible, prevent the spillovers from undermining regional peace and stability, and forestall a more serious humanitarian crisis,” the Chinese president said.

Xi also reaffirmed China’s “firm” support for Palestine’s bid for full UN membership while emphasizing that “the fundamental solution to the Palestinian question lies in the two-state solution”.

North Korea is literally sending sh*t ballons across the border into South Korea. Hundreds of balloons were spotted Wednesday drifting into South Korean territory, some of them with the word "excrement" written on them.

This is because the balloons were loaded with feces and other rubbish as they drifted over the heavily fortified border. Seoul released photos of the aftermath of some balloons having popped on city streets, releasing their foul contents all over heavily trafficked streets.

"We sternly warn the North to immediately stop its inhumane and low-class actions," a statement by the south's Joint Chiefs of Staff said. It added that the North’s actions "clearly violate international laws and seriously threaten the safety of our people."

The American military has ceased any further shipments of aid into Gaza after bad weather damaged the controversial floating pier that the Biden Administration constructed off the coast for the purpose of transporting aid.

As the Daily Caller reports, the pier – formally known as the Joint Logistics Over-The-Shore (JLOTS) pier – cost $320 million to build, and is located in a maritime corridor in the Mediterranean Sea. Prior to the announcement by U.S. government officials on Tuesday that weather had rendered it unusable, the pier had been in operation for less than two weeks.

Even before the weather issues, the pier had been the site of other logistical problems with delivering aid, including many supplies being stolen immediately by hordes of alleged civilians before they could be properly distributed. Last week, three American troops were injured on the pier; although the specifics of the injuries were not reported, it was alleged that the incident was a “non-combat incident.” One of the troops had to be transported to an Israeli hospital due to critical injuries.

Webmaster addition: The corporate media spin is that HAMAS destroyed the pier.

A hung jury in former President Donald Trump's New York criminal trial appears to be a real possibility.

Only one skeptical juror is needed to create a hung jury that would result in a mistrial.

Trump's legal team has focused on one juror who may prevent a guilty verdict, The Bulwark's Marc Caputo reported.

"There are eight people on that jury who definitely hate Trump. If there's one person who doesn't, it's [this] juror," one court attendee told Caputo.

Caputo further described the juror.

"As the trial has progressed since April 15, these sources relate, this juror has appeared to nod along in seeming accordance with the defense at times," Caputo wrote. "On other occasions, the juror has seemingly reacted favorably to and made eye contact with Trump's congressional surrogates who began joining him in court in recent weeks."

The reporter added that the juror "lit up" when Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, and some of Trump's other high-profile supporters appeared at the courthouse.

The former president's allies are not the only people who have focused on the juror.

Recently, a vote in the House of Representatives granted police officers nationwide concealed carry privileges. The vote resulted in 221 to 185 for the new government-issued privilege. The bill is called H.R. 354 Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act “LOESA Reform Act of 2024.”

This new government-issued gun privilege rewarded to active and retired law-enforcement officers grants them the freedom to carry a firearm in places like school zones, national parks, and state, local, or private properties open to the public. It also includes certain federal facilities that are accessible to the public. The bill also widely expands the ability for certain law-enforcement officers to cross state lines with concealed carry firearms and reduces the frequency of which retired law enforcement would need to re-qualify in order to meet certain standards.

Aren’t they lucky?

The House of Representatives passed a bill prohibiting the government from creating a central bank digital currency (CBDC).

The bill, called the “CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act,” was introduced in September.

This bill prohibits a Federal Reserve bank from “offering products or services directly to an individual, maintaining an account on behalf of an individual, or issuing a central bank digital currency (i.e., a digital dollar) directly or indirectly to an individual. Further, The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is prohibited from using a central bank digital currency to implement monetary policy or from issuing a central bank digital currency.”

Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN), who introduced the bill, said in a press release celebrating the House vote, “For more than two years, we have worked to educate, grow support, and pass this important legislation, which prevents unelected bureaucrats from issuing a financial surveillance tool to fundamentally undermine our American values.”

“My legislation ensures that the United States’ digital currency policy remains in the hands of the American people so that any development of digital money reflects our values of privacy, individual sovereignty, and free market competitiveness. This is what the future global digital economy needs. We are proud to have led this effort and thank my colleagues for their support.”

The mother of the woman at the center of the so-called “flag controversies” surrounding Justice Samuel Alito has admitted that her daughter and son-in-law harassed Alito and his wife, Martha-Ann Alito, but insisted their sustained harassment campaign against the Alitos was done “with good intent.” New details of the alleged campaign against the Supreme Court Justice and wife were revealed in a piece by The New York Times, in which the paper attempts to make excuses for the behavior, which included a male in the household calling Mrs. Alito a “c*nt.”

“Ms. Baden’s mother, Barbara Baden, a 75-year-old former executive at the Public Broadcasting Service and longtime resident, said she hesitated over the sign at her home because she feared it looked ‘tacky.’ But she left it up because she did not want to interfere with what she saw as the couple’s expression of political concern. ‘They made the signs with good intent,’ she said.”

The US Treasury Department has sanctioned three Chinese nationals for their involvement in a VPN-powered botnet with more than 19 million residential IP addresses they rented out to cybercriminals to obfuscate their illegal activities, including COVID-19 aid scams and bomb threats.

The criminal enterprise, the Treasury Department said Tuesday, was a residential proxy service known as 911 S5. Such services provide a bank of IP addresses belonging to everyday home users for customers to route Internet connections through. When accessing a website or other Internet service, the connection appears to originate with the home user.

In 2022, researchers at the University of Sherbrooke profiled 911[.]re, a service that appears to be an earlier version of 911 S5. At the time, its infrastructure comprised 120,000 residential IP addresses. This pool was created using one of two free VPNs—MaskVPN and DewVPN—marketed to end users. Besides acting as a legitimate VPN, the software also operated as a botnet that covertly turned users’ devices into a proxy server. The complex structure was designed with the intent of making the botnet hard to reverse engineer.

Sure the Nasdaq just soared above 17000 for the first time in its history today, even though the Dow fell by 200. However, for a number of reasons, the long delirious US stock market finally looks poised to fall this summer if not sooner. Most of the recent rise, of course, has been due to Nvidia and the AI craze, while the rest of the market is not looking nearly as strong. 350 stocks in the S&P 500 went down today, meaning there wasn’t broad participation in the rise. Hence, the tech-heavy Nasdaq is roaring while the Dow is falling.
