"Nobody has complied their way out of a totalitarian government." -- Robert Kennedy Jr.
The Texas House and Senate both passed an Interstate Compact bill to help Texas, in concert with other states, secure the southern border.
Because the largely Democratic-controlled legislatures and governors of border states New Mexico, Arizona and California are unlikely to cooperate, an interstate compact would likely be formed with other Republican-led states to secure the Texas-Mexico border.
Of the four southern border states, Texas shares the longest border with Mexico of 1,254 miles and has been hit hardest by Biden administration policies altering federal immigration law.
SB 1403, filed by Sen. Tan Parker, R-Flower Mound, and its companion bill, HB 82, filed by Rep. David Spiller, R-Jacksboro, passed the Senate on April 17 and the House on May 10. The House passed the bill with an amendment, which went back to the Senate, which concurred. The House and Senate then voted again to pass the bill on Tuesday. On Wednesday, it was sent to the governor, who is expected to sign it.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy threw conservative media outlets into disarray on Tuesday, with many suggesting Representative Adam Schiff should be removed from Congress.
McCarthy’s comments came in response to a reporter asking what accountability looks like following the release of the Durham Report.
Durham’s report, details of which were released earlier this week, found that the FBI did not have enough “factual evidence” to investigate allegations of Trump-Russia collusion and revealed that they and the Department of Justice “failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law.”
“You have pledged, if the GOP takes the majority in the House, that you would investigate the findings of the Durham investigation. Now that the report has been released, what does accountability look like?” a reporter asked.
McCarthy replied that House Republicans are looking to have Durham testify “so we can look at it more” and made the following comments about Democrat Adam Schiff:
“You remember when he told the American people he had proof? Remember when he told him he didn’t know the whistleblower and what he put America through and openly lied to us? And now it’s proven in this as well,” he continued.
An A.I. chatbot asked to summarize Special Counsel John Durham’s long-awaited report on the DOJ’s Trump-Russia collusion probe found the FBI unjustly pursued an investigation into former Trump National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn.
According to a Twitter post by conservative commentator Justin Theory, the chatbot was fed all 306 pages of Durham’s report and asked to “give the top 5 highlights about Gen. Flynn.”
Among its findings, the chatbot concluded, “The FBI did not have a legitimate basis to investigate General Flynn,” and that, “The investigation into Flynn was part of a larger effort by the FBI to undermine the Trump administration.”
Peter Flaherty is the chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center and he recently had his microphone cut, he was escorted out of the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting and he was arrested for bringing up the fact that their CEO Warren Buffet is a massive contributor to Bill Gates, a man who is known to have met with the prolific pedophile Jeffrey Epstein AFTER he was convicted of being a sex offender!
After being released on a bond of $2,500 Flaherty stated “I apparently touched the third rail of billionaire politics when I mentioned Jeffrey Epstein’s name…I’ve been involved in shareholder activism for 19 years, and I have never before had my mic cut and I was never before arrested.”
In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth goes over the transcript and full speech that Flaherty would have given had he been given the opportunity to finish his 3 minute speech that he was invited to give before being cut off by those who don’t want to hear the truth because it might affect their bottom line!
With just one day left until the annual Bilderberg conference kicks off, a massive security operation is beginning to be set up with bomb sniffing dogs and police barricades closing off the only street that would allow access to film the participants…But that’s never stopped PFT before!!
In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth covers the official lockdown of the Bilderberg meeting where journalists and activists alike will be kept back as far as possible because much like how a cockroach scurries from the light, these elite globalists are no different in that they don’t like the bright lights of attention being brought upon them…so that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
The outlet says its report provides insights into how the late financier dished out favors to his associates
Philosopher and activist Noam Chomsky, and conductor Leon Botstein have confirmed to the Wall Street Journal that they were previously involved in transactions with the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Epstein, who had widespread connections in political, business, showbiz and academic circles, died in a prison cell in 2019, while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges. Both Chomsky and Botstein had dealings with the financier after 2008, when he pleaded guilty to procuring a child for sex work and soliciting a prostitute, the WSJ said in a report on Wednesday.
Chomsky told the outlet that he didn’t receive any money from Epstein, and only asked the financier to help with “a technical matter” relating to the disbursement of common funds from his first marriage.
Over the last week Ukrainian officials have been insisting that the long-promised counter-offensive is delayed until the West can pony up more tanks, ammunition, artillery and other weapons. But, there has been a noticeable uptick in Ukrainian attacks on Russian positions. These assaults apparently were carried out as a symbolic gesture to appease Western demands that Ukraine do something to the Russians.
You can tell that the Ukrainian attacks have been a bust by the very subdued reporting of the activity in the Western press. John Helmer of Dances With Bears provides a grim summary of the effort:
On May 12, in the first day of their scheme, 1,725 Ukrainian men were killed on the Donbass front. This is the worst day’s military casualty rate since the US coup in Kiev launched the war in February 2014.

On Tuesday, Representative Marjorie Greene (R-GA) introduced articles of impeachment against U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves, and FBI Director, Christopher Wray.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams recently complained that 50% of the city’s hotel rooms are now occupied by illegal migrants.
The city recently booted some American veterans from hotels to make room for migrants and has cancelled rooms reserved for weddings for the same reason.
Adams is starting to panic because he knows this is a massive loss in tourism dollars for the city.
The law, which goes into effect in January, prohibits TikTok from operating in the state and Apple’s App Store and the Google Play Store from offering it for download to customers.
Twenty-nine Iowans linked to two prominent Mexican drug cartels have been arrested as a result of a yearlong U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration investigation.
Operation Last Mile targeted operatives, associates and distributors affiliated with the Sinaloa and Jalisco cartels responsible for the distribution of fentanyl and methamphetamine on local streets and social media. According to a release, officials across the country confiscated more than 43 million fentanyl pills and more than 91,000 pounds of methamphetamine.

YouTube is replacing the two 15-second ads users currently see with one 30-second unskippable commercial - unless you opt for the $120 ad-free Premium tier.
The shift will impact connected TVs, not mobile viewing, and be shown with top-performing content - but an official roll out date has not been given.
The option will be available through YouTube Select, a targeting option open to eligible clients who want to reach the audiences of the website's most popular channels.
As we recently pointed out, Democrats have launched a campaign to delegitimize the U.S. Supreme Court.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un reportedly inspected the nation’s military satellite station, according to state media. Kim also approved the next steps that would be taken by the committee overseeing the launch.
North Korean state media outlet KCNA reported that Kim inspected a military satellite station on Tuesday. Kim also approved the next steps that would be taken by the non-permanent satellite-launching preparatory committee, which is overseeing the launch of the isolated nation’s first military intelligence satellite. KCNA did not reveal when the launch will take place.
The U.S. State Department is warning it will use "a number of tools" to "hold North Korea accountable" if the nation proceeds with an illicit satellite launch.
Deputy State Department spokesman Vedant Patel addressed the issue regarding the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Wednesday in a press conference.
"Any DPRK launch that uses ballistic missile technology would also include [space launch vehicles] SLVs used to launch a satellite into space and that would violate multiple U.N. Security Council resolutions," Patel told reporters.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott put the word out that Texas needs help handling the situation at their southern border.
Californians are pushing back against a state proposal that would give weekly checks to illegal immigrants as the state endures a migrant surge, amid an already-tight budget amid the ending of Title 42.
State Senate Minority Leader Brian Jones, R., warned the proposal sends the wrong message to potential migrants and incentivizes them to come to the U.S. illegally during "Fox & Friends."
"When the governor and the Democrat super-majority is sending out the message of come to California, get free money, you don't have to work, that's just going to draw more and more illegal immigrants to our state," Jones told Brian Kilmeade Wednesday. "And that's the message that we're trying to stop in its tracks right now before it spreads to the rest of the country."
FBI agents Ashley Roberts and Kathleen Brown showed up at the childhood home of pro-life activist Elise Ketch on April 18 around 2:45 pm.
A viral video shows lightning speed signature verification of ballots, with a ludicrous 99.97 percent success rate. Arizona ballots were approved as fast as they could load on screen, leading to questions over whether any actual signature verification was taking place at the state’s gubernatorial election in 2022.
Kari Lake, the Republican candidate who lost out to Democrat Katie Hobbs, has also pointed out that many signatures were verified in officials’ offices with no observers present. The new video lends credence to Lake’s contention that it is simply not possible for officials to have legitimately verified the hundreds of thousands of ballots they approved in the time allotted – and the rejection rate for mail-ins in Maricopa County does appear to be unusually low.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has revoked the top-secret security clearances of three whistleblowers who called their “allegiance to the United States,” into question, the FBI wrote in a letter to House Judiciary Committe Chair Jim Jordan on Wednesday, according to a report from the New York Times. Two of the agents — Marcus Allen and Stephen Friend — were set to testify before the House Judiciary subcommittee on the weaponization of the federal government on Thursday.
The three agents had already been suspended for questioning the agency’s handling of the January 6 case and stating their beliefs that the FBI has been weaponized against conservatives. According to a report from the Daily Mail, the agents participated in a closed-door interview with the select committee this past February. The former agents specifically expressed concerns with instructions from FBI leadership that they focus on pursuing “domestic violent extremism” probes and disregard standard investigative procedures in January 6 cases, the Daily Mail reported.

Clinton waded into the contentious debate over inappropriate books about gender and sexuality in libraries meant for children, and a reporter from Media Matters for America came to her rescue.
"Over 50% of the attempted book bans last year involved books with LGBTQ+ characters & themes. Books are a vital way that children, adolescents and adults learn about themselves and our world. Bans such as these are nothing but harmful," Clinton tweeted with an article about the book restrictions.
In the thumbnail of the image was prominently displayed a controversial book entitled, "Gender Queer," a book that has been targeted by those opposing inappropriate LGBTQ books for children.
The book is described in the NBC News article as a chronicle of "nonbinary author Maia Kobabe’s journey of self-identity," but it doesn't mention a very graphic scene of oral sex in the book, a graphic novel.
Hunter Biden lobbied Obama’s State Department for a corrupt foreign oligarch, raising concerns about unregistered foreign lobbying.
Emails and documents on Biden’s laptop reveal his involvement in a meeting with the US ambassador to Romania regarding the corruption case of Gabriel Popoviciu. Popoviciu paid Biden over $1 million while facing corruption charges in Romania. Biden, along with lawyers from the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, worked to intervene in the case. Biden and his partners did not register as foreign agents.
Critics, particularly Republicans, have expressed frustration at the apparent lack of attention given to Biden’s foreign business dealings, which may include unregistered lobbying activities. The Lobbying Disclosure Act mandates the disclosure of lobbying activity to Congress, while the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) requires disclosure of lobbying efforts on behalf of foreign nationals, such as Popoviciu, to the Justice Department.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation obtained the financial records of Americans from Bank of America "without any legal process" following the January 6, 2021 riot, according to an interim staff report from the House Judiciary Committee and Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
The report containing allegations from FBI whistleblowers is the subject of a select committee hearing on Thursday.
"Just like FBI whistleblowers [Garret] O’Boyle and [Stephen] Friend, retired FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill provided the Committee with detailed allegations of FBI civil liberties abuses," read the report, which was released ahead of Thursday's hearing.
