"No government can serve two masters, and a government that serves Israel cannot, does not, and will not serve the American people. A friend of Israel is no friend of America. In these dark times America needs leaders who will put America first, second, and third!" -- Michael Rivero
The EU is sending one million artillery shells to Ukraine at the eye-watering price of two billion Euros, meanwhile the United Kingdom has confirmed it would be sending depleted uranium anti-tank rounds along with the main battle tanks it is donating to the country.
A long-anticipated arms procurement deal by EU members-plus-Norway through the European Defence Agency to procure and send one million 155mm artillery rounds [pictured, above] to Ukraine has been agreed, ending months of discussion.
The €2 billion ($2.15 billion) price tag will be divided in two tranches, the EU said, with the first billion used to compensate European Union nations for releasing shells from their own military stocks, with an aim to send these within two months. The second round of funding will be paid to armaments factories in European nations to make new shells for shipment.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko today warned the UK 'will see a fearful response' that will be a 'lesson for the whole planet' if it sends depleted uranium tank munitions to Ukraine.
The dictator, a loyal ally to Vladimir Putin, said Russia would retaliate against Britain's decision to supply Ukrainian forces with ammunition containing depleted uranium by sending Belarus weapons containing 'real uranium' - used in nuclear weapons - in a sombre threat.
'We need to step back from this madness. As soon as this ammunition explodes on Russian troops' positions, you will see a fearful response, it will be a lesson for the whole planet,' Lukashenko, who allowed Russian forces to use Belarus as a launch pad for their attack on Ukraine, said.
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told Newsmax on Tuesday that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has a history of playing favorites in his prosecutorial role.
While appearing on "Eric Bolling The Balance," Giuliani, Donald Trump's one-time attorney, highlighted Bragg's controversial tenure in the backdrop of a potential looming indictment against the former president.
As mayor, Giuliani said there were five district attorneys in New York City, and "some were a little more liberal than others. But they all were within the bounds of lawful district attorneys who followed the law."
On the contrary, Giuliani noted that soon after being sworn in as Manhattan district attorney, Bragg signaled "he wasn’t going to enforce half the laws in New York, including armed robbery, resisting arrest."
Giuliani continued: "Even with some of the modifications that [Bragg has] made, he's downgraded 52% of the felonies that police bring in. And now, he wasn't to take a sort of made-up misdemeanor and upgrade it to a felony for a case that the federal government turned down.
Alina Habba, attorney to former President Donald Trump, told Newsmax that if the Manhattan District Attorney's Office indicts Trump on Wednesday, he will take it head on and move forward.
At the same time, when speaking to "Eric Bolling The Balance" on Tuesday, Habba said "a couple of things are gonna happen" if an arrest occurs in New York.
"Number one, I know my client. He's not afraid. [Trump] hasn't been afraid since 2015 ... He'll face the music, and he'll go through this the way anybody else would that has done nothing wrong," said Habba.
After that, Habba predicted that Trump "will get his team, go to trial, and be vindicated. And then [Manhattan DA] Alvin Bragg will be known as the DA that put politics above his office.
Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., doesn't believe that words like "chaos" or "disaster" do enough justice, when describing the Biden administration's lax attitude toward patrolling the United States-Mexico border.
"It's not just a disaster down there, it's a crisis. Day by day, and I've been down there several times. It's embarrassing what this country is going through right now because of this administration," Tuberville told Newsmax Tuesday evening, while appearing on "Eric Bolling: The Balance."
Tuberville and other congressional Republicans have introduced the Border Security and Safety Act, which, in a nutshell, gives Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas full responsibility to secure the southern border.
At the same time, as Tuberville notes, this bill also puts full accountability onto Mayorkas' office.
Crowds of Donald Trump's strongest supporters assembled outside the former president's Mar-a-Lago residence Tuesday ahead of his possible indictment.
Palm Beach, Florida, issued notices regarding increased traffic from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time as cowboy hats, American flag suits, and signs reading "Drain the Swamp Vote Trump 2024" could be seen.
"They don't want him to run," a Trump supporter told NBC's WTVJ 6. "They're scared of what he's going to do, which is going to get our country back the way he had it before."
It comes after Trump predicted over the weekend that he would be arrested Tuesday, as a New York grand jury probes his connection to a hush-money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.
President Donald Trump saw another big boost in support amid the rumors of a looming arrest, according to the latest Morning Consult survey.
Trump now has 54 percent support, up from 52 percent last week.
Meanwhile, Trump’s potential competitor Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis dropped two points from 28 percent to 26 percent.
In the last week, support for Trump jumped from +24 to +28, meaning the arrest rumors are just making him stronger.
Ukraine’s Western backers – and the US in particular – are doing their best to prevent Kiev from entering into any negotiations with Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said. The official made the remarks on the sidelines of talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, in Moscow on Tuesday.
Peskov was asked to comment on recent statements by senior Western officials, who said any peace initiative for Ukraine, should it arise from the Russia-China talks, would be “unacceptable.” US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby, for example, claimed any ceasefire in the current situation would only “ratify Russia’s conquest to date” rather than contribute to peace.
“Washington, European capitals, but first of all, Washington is filled with the desire not to let, under any pretext, [Kiev] enter into peace negotiations. They simply do not let Kiev even think about it,” Peskov said. Asked whether it was now ‘normal’ to incite war rather than call for peace, the spokesman responded affirmatively.
The ICC accusation directed against Vladimir Putin of “kidnapping” or “deportation” of Ukrainian Children borders on ridicule.
The Azov Battalion as well as Ukrainian forces have routinely bombed civilians in Donbass since 2014.
Since 2014, residential neighbourhoods, schools, hospitals, ambulances, etc. have been routinely targeted. From the 2014 Euromaidan and the US sponsored Coup d’Etat to 2022), up to 14,000 Donbass residents have been killed.
What is the truth? What is the lie?
Thousands of children were killed by the Neo-Nazi Azov Battalion which is supported by the US and Canada.
Fleeing the war zone to save your children is tagged by the I.C.C. as “deportation”.
The sun is waking up after almost a decade of relative calm, scientists say — and that could cause problems on Earth. As more sunspots appear on the surface of our star during its active period, it may prompt more solar storms, creating bursts of electromagnetic energy that can affect everything from the power grid to GPS signals.
According to Business Insider, These so-called solar maximums occur roughly every 11 years, and they haven’t been much of a problem in the past. Scientists, however, fear that our reliance on electricity and interconnectivity could mean we’re far more vulnerable to their effects this time around.
The sun is a big ball of plasma, heated at its center. The plasma, which is made of charged particles, boils toward the surface, cools down, and sinks back toward the core again.
That motion, called convection, is what creates strong magnetic fields at the poles and smaller, local magnetic fields at the surface of the sun. Every 11 years or so, the sun becomes “convectively unstable,” meaning its magnetic fields become so unstable that the magnetic north and south poles abruptly flip, throwing our star’s polarity out of whack, said Mathew Owens, a professor of space physics at the University of Reading.
That instability causes havoc in the magnetic fields at the surface of the sun, which become much more active. That’s when the solar maximum happens. As the magnetic fields become more confused, bigger sun spots can appear on the surface of the sun. “We’re already seeing a lot more big sunspots,” Owens said in late February.
German Minister of Health Karl Lauterbach has issued an apology to the public and admitted that the Covid shots he once promoted are causing “severe disabilities” that will likely be “permanent.”
Lauterbach previously encouraged the people of Germany to get vaccinated by claiming that mRNA shots are safe and free of side effects.
However, he has just gone on record to admit that he was wrong.
On August 14, 2021, Lauterbach said on Twitter that the Covid shots had “no side effects.”
He made the statement while further questioning why some Germans were refusing to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
But after being confronted with soaring sudden death rates and record numbers of injury reports in Germany, Lauterbach has now changed his tune.
A U.S. appeals court is expected to rule shortly on whether Trump attorney Evan Corcoran can appear before a grand jury in Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago classified documents case.
The move comes after a dizzying saga overnight, in which the U.S. Department of Justice and attorneys for Trump filed dueling motions over Corcoran’s testimony. At the heart of the battling motions is a Friday ruling in which a federal judge reportedly sided with the DOJ, finding that Corcoran could be compelled to testify because prosecutors had sufficient evidence Trump may have used one of his defense attorneys in an alleged bid to mislead investigators.
Attorneys for Trump have fought that ruling, and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday gave them until midnight to specify which documents are at issue. The DOJ, in turn, was ordered to file its response by 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Federal prosecutors filed a more than 6,000-word response shortly before the deadline, leaving the matter in the appeals court's hands.
The possibility of an indictment on former President Donald Trump is looming, and his lawyer, Joe Tacopina, is already preparing for a legal battle.
Tacopina declared that an indictment would result in “an all-out war,” during an interview with Kimberly Guilfoyle on Monday. He also assured that Trump would not back down.
“He’ll be there loud and proud, and there’s nobody that’s gonna make him cower if indicted.” Tacopina has a history of representing high-profile clients, including Trump’s former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, and has been vocal about his support for the former president.
As Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation into the hush-money payment made to adult-film star Stormy Daniels nears its end, Trump’s lawyer has made multiple media appearances defending Trump and is readying for a potential legal showdown. The stage is set.
Although ignored by most of the news media, the CDC's own internal database for documenting reports of vaccine-caused injuries, the “Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System,” or VAERS, currently tallies over 34,000 reported deaths related to the COVID-19 vaccines – far more than any vaccine, ever – not to mention 18,000-plus heart attacks, 26,000 myocarditis and pericarditis cases, 64,000 cases of permanent disability, almost 5,000 miscarriages and many other "adverse events" following vaccination.
And yet, a CDC panel in October unanimously voted (15-0) to add the controversial COVID vaccines to the recommended regimen of routine childhood shots, virtually guaranteeing that untold numbers of very young children, who have the least risk from COVID of any demographic, would receive the flawed shots.
To seal the deal, in late January, the Food and Drug Administration, despite the ever-growing body of damning evidence, likewise announced that it is pushing for all Americans, including children, to get a COVID booster shot every year.
However, now a respected U.S. physicians group has announced that, because of the extraordinary amount of data demonstrating that the current crop of COVID-19 vaccines are neither safe nor effective (causing the CDC to actually change the definition of “vaccine” in 2021 to accommodate the flawed COVID shots), the organization is officially calling for the COVID vaccines to be removed from the market entirely.
The Special Master furthermore dismissed Project Veritas’ claims of journalistic protection under the First Amendment and the Fourth Amendment.
“There is no basis to declare a First Amendment interest that affords additional protection here,” the Special Master found. “The Second Circuit has repeatedly declined to ‘wade into these constitutional waters’ absent a convincing reason, and such a reason has yet to be found. Given the judicially authorized search warrants, the government’s interest in investigating criminal conduct, and the strict procedure for avoiding intrusion into non- responsive materials, no such reason exists here.”
“Petitioners argue that they were mere recipients of information that, if stolen, would have been ‘petty theft under Florida law at worst’,” the legal filing goes on. “They argue they were engaging in ordinary newsgathering and are being targeted for their potential reporting on the daughter of the current president. Of course, those very facts are the subject of the Government’s investigation.”
The National File, which published the contents of the diary, held up the Special Master review as proof that the Ashley Biden diary is “legitimate.”
