"Enemies are necessary for the wheels of the U.S. military machine to turn." -- John Stockwell, former CIA official and author

With it now officially on record through the hard work of Missouri Senator Josh Hawley that the CIA had it's hand in the creation of COVID-19 and the 'deep state' was deeply involved in the 'pandemic,'  (though certainly none of that being a surprise to ANP readers,) and more Americans 'awakening' every day to this 'crime of the millennium' that is still being waged upon not only the American people but people living all across the planet, it's time the American people DEMAND that those involved with this crime are prosecuted and held fully accountable for what they've unleashed upon the planet, especially with Japan’s most senior cancer doctor, Dr. Masanori Fukushima, claiming COVID shots are ‘essentially murder’.

With still NOBODY being held accountable for the literal genocide that they've unleashed upon humanity and it being YEARS already after the 'start' of 'the event' showing us why these madmen believe fully in their minds that they're in a position to get away with mass murder, and showing us why they most certainly believe that 'if they can get away with it once, they can get away with it again,' and as we'll explore in this story, attacking us again with a new bio-weapon is certainly high on their list.

And while most brainwashed Americans STILL can't see that agencies of the US government were deeply involved in this bioweapon attack upon the world, just as they couldn't see that the US government itself was instrumental in planning and carrying out the attacks back on 9/11/2001 as pointed out in this must-read new story over at Natural News, if those of us remaining who see 'the crime' for 'the crime' that it was ALLOW them to, we'll soon be going through that madness all over again, with nobody to blame but ourselves for failing to put a final stop to them when we could.

As Russian forces steadily advance in the Kharkiv region, it is becoming ever more clear that the Ukraine war has been a disaster for the U.S. defense machine, and not just because our aid has failed to save Ukraine from retreat and possible defeat. More importantly, the war has pitilessly exposed our defense system’s deep, underlying, faults.

Critics have long maintained that our obsession with technologically complex weapons inevitably yields unreliable systems produced in limited numbers because of their predictably high cost. They are furthermore likely to fail in combat because of the military’s lack of interest in adequate testing (lest realistic tests reveal serious shortcomings and thereby threaten the budget.) The unforgiving operational test provided by the Ukraine war has shown that the critics were absolutely right. Successive “game changing” systems - such as the Switchblade drone, the M-1 Abrams tank, Patriot air defense missiles, the M777 howitzer, the Excalibur guided 155 mm artillery round, the HIMARS precision missile, GPS-guided bombs, and Skydio drones endowed with artificial intelligence, were all dispatched to “the fight,” as the military like to call it, with fanfare and high expectations.

All were destined to fail for reasons rooted in the fundamental problems cited above. The $60,000 Switchblade drone, produced in limited numbers due to cost, proved useless against armored targets and was quickly discarded by Ukrainian troops in favor of $700 Chinese commercial models ordered online. The $10 million Abrams tank not only proved distressingly vulnerable to Russian attack drones but in any case broke down repeatedly and was soon withdrawn from combat, though not before the Russians put several out of action and captured at least one, which they took to Moscow and added to a display of Nato weaponry in a Moscow park that included an M777 howitzer and other items of NATO hardware.

The M777 cannon, though touted for its accuracy, has proved too delicate for the rough conditions of sustained combat, with barrels regularly wearing out and requiring replacement in Poland far from the front lines . Notoriously, its 155 mm ammunition has been in short supply. Thanks to the consolidation of the U.S. defense industry into a small number of monopolies, an ill-judged policy eagerly promoted since the Clinton Administration, U.S. domestic production of 155 mm shells is reliant on a single aging General Dynamics plant in Scranton, Pennsylvania, which is struggling to meet its targets.

President Zelensky has been loudly demanding more Patriot launchers and missiles to defend Kharkiv, which is curious, given the apparent ease with which the Russians have targeted Patriots defending Kyiv, and the system’s declining effectiveness against Russian ballistic missiles. HIMARS long range missiles indeed had a deadly effect on high value Russian targets, such as ammunition dumps, but the Russians adapted by dispersing and camouflaging such dumps and other likely targets

Claire's Observations:  Why is the US military, and now the Ukraine military, getting the worst of the worst from US DOD contractors, and why has this insanity been allowed to persist, after the trillions spent by American taxpayers on defense over the years?!?

And if the US  military DOESN'T have equipment which works as advertised, or is delivered both late and obsolete by the time of delivery, why aren't the key executives of those companies, cooling their heels in prison?!?

Please don't get me wrong; I abhor war, and consider it a massive failure of national imagination.  But if the US military is fighting, they need and deserve better than "the best of the best" in terms of weaponry that actually works the way it is supposed to work.

There should be a clause in ALL defense contracts, that if the products do not work as advertised, or are delivered so late as to be absolutely outmoded by the time they hit the field,  the Presidents of the companies who did this, will be cooling their heels in a non club-Fed jail.

So help me, Hieronymus Bosch, this would most likely "cure the problem", although I doubt like heck that Congress would pass such a law; after all, it might get in the way of "kickbacks" from various Defense companies to Congressional members to "look the other way" when what they introduce, and sell to the American military is pure, unadulterated crud, in terms of design, engineering, and capabilities.

And Lockheed Martin, can we please talk about the massive problems with your F-35, which have only been "recategorized", but never actually fixed??!? https://www.airandspaceforces.com/f-35-tech-upgrade-2025-truncated/

And the cost for these puppies?  https://www.defensenews.com/air/2024/04/15/f-35s-to-cost-2-trillion-as-pentagon-plans-longer-use-says-watchdog/

I don't know about you folks, but that number is eye-watering to me; way too many zeros to conceptualize.

These companies, right now literally get away with murder (sometimes literally) of our sons and daughters in the military; now, it's Ukraine's young people, conscripted, doing more of the dying.

This casual approach to  producing inferior weaponry, selling for top US dollar, has got to stop, and with a screeching halt!!!

Many have blamed Joe Biden for the ongoing war in Ukraine. He ignored Russia’s threats before the invasion. And afterward, he has fanned the flames of conflict by spending billions of U.S. tax dollars.

Reports even indicate that Biden prevented Ukraine and Russia from agreeing on a peace deal1.

That was over two years ago, with the war still raging. Biden has shown little intention of helping to end the conflict. Now, things appear to be getting worse. France has threatened to do this for a long time. Now, reports reveal they are ready to pull the trigger.

From Breitbart:
The Ukrainian government praised France’s “determination” for sending military advisors to the country, saying it hoped Paris making the first move would encourage other Western partners to deploy troops too…

Ukraine’s new Commander in Chief General Oleksandr Syrskyi and the nation’s Defence Minister Rustem Umerov had talks with their French counterpart Defence Minister Sebastien Lecorne, they said on Sunday, underlining how they welcomed French troops and appealed to the country for more equipment and ammunition to be donated.

A new report reveals that France is about to send troops to Ukraine—the first in this ongoing war with Russia. According to claims, these French soldiers will be “training” Ukrainian forces. But the existence of foreign soldiers in the middle of a warzone is not good.

Government spending has been out of control for generations. Every politician in Congress has found a way to wrap their sticky fingers around taxpayers’ wallets for unbelievable pet projects.

The stickiest fingers in Washington, D.C., have turned out to be those of the president. Joe Biden’s administration has wielded its power and influence to fund and promote an array of projects that don’t align with most Americans.

A new revelation has shown that Biden’s team has gone full rainbow and spent loads of money for LGBTQ projects not only in the U.S. but in foreign countries. The leftist spending has Americans furious over how their hard-earned money is being dolled out without their knowledge.

From the Daily Caller:
The State Department is funding an array of LGBT pride events across the globe ahead of June, some of which include events focused on children, federal grant records show.

Biden’s State Department is bankrolling a gay film festival, an LGBT community conference and other pride events in Australia, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria in the lead-up to June, according to grant records.

“The Department of State’s Pride theme for 2024 is Pride and Protection: Human Rights for LGBTQI+ Persons around the World,” a spokesperson for the department told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

That statement shows just how brazen this administration is when snubbing its nose at Americans. The amount of money being spent on LGBT programs around the world is astonishing.

Billionaire Bill Gates has declared that bird flu is the “Disease X” that globalists have been prepping as the “next pandemic.”

Ever since the Covid pandemic fizzled and the general public took back their freedoms, globalists have been planning for a more deadly and destructive pandemic.

In recent months, the corporate media has been steadily building fear over avian influenza mysteriously jumping from birds to humans.

The media warns that bird flu is far more deadly than Covid, prompting members of the public to demand vaccines.

Meanwhile, pharmaceutical company factories have been working around the clock to produce millions of doses of mRNA vaccines for bird flu.

In this case, the immediate consequence is that existing workers get a raise. Great. That's the seen. That's what the media, unions, and Center for American Progress see. But the unseen effect is bigger, and worse:

No. 1: Thousands of Californians have already lost jobs because some restaurants closed. Others lost income because their employer cut worker hours. The chain El Pollo Loco cut employees' hours by 10 percent.

Pizza Hut announced that they will lay off more than a thousand delivery drivers. One such driver, Michael Ojeda, understandably asked, "What's the point of a raise if you don't have a job?"

No. 2: Workers who still have jobs will lose them because now their employers have more incentive to automate. Chipotle just created a robot that makes burrito bowls. Even CNN acknowledged, "Some restaurants are replacing [fast food workers] with kiosks."

No. 3: Prices go up.

Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy ruffled feathers at the White House on Tuesday by asking about President Joe Biden's recent meeting with Hallie Biden.

Over the weekend, President Biden made a "surprise nighttime visit" to the home of Hallie Biden, the New York Post reported. Hallie is the widow of Biden's son Beau and the former girlfriend of Biden's other son, Hunter Biden. During the visit, the two shared a "brief private talk," according to the report.

'I think the American people should also be told the full breadth of this.'

The visit raised eyebrows because it came less than two weeks before Hunter Biden's trial for gun crimes begins. Hallie Biden is expected to testify as a witness for prosecutors.

On Tuesday, Doocy asked White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about the conversation between Biden and Hallie.

"Why did President Biden have a private meeting with a witness who plans to testify in court against his son?" Doocy asked. "... Hallie Biden is a key government witness who allegedly disposed of a gun that Hunter is accused of buying illegally. President Biden was at her house this week."

But Jean-Pierre was clearly annoyed with the question.

President Joe Biden is very excited for the potential conviction of his political opponent, former President Donald Trump. The White House is pulling out all the stops, preparing a speech to "break [the president’s] silence” on the topic.

The speech is planned from the White House itself, “to show,” Politico reports, “his statement isn’t political.” The window dressing is of course absurd. You’d have to be a member of the D.C. or New York press corps to think anything about this is apolitical. Meanwhile, the president’s social media team is thinking about changing the former president and current Republican nominee’s title to “Convicted Felon Donald Trump” in its TikTok posts.

As the trial concludes, we’re still left wondering what secret crime Trump committed that turns an out-of-date misdemeanor into a felony case with dire implications for American democracy. It all hinges on a so-called “object crime” (or crime the first misdemeanor was committed in the service of), which would upgrade falsifying an accounting entry into 34 felonies and the potential for over a century in prison. The prosecution has been vague on what this object crime was — and appears to have successfully persuaded a judge that the jury doesn’t need to specify either — but spent four hours Tuesday trying to convince the jury to convict anyway.

Moreover, this state court could easily have avoided influencing and interfering with the federal presidential election merely by setting a later time for the case, if the court actually believed it somehow had merit. After all, the state waited years to bring its case.

Therefore, there is not only a federal constitutional Equal Protection violation, in that this state trial court has purposefully interposed itself into the federal presidential election without authority or jurisdiction, but the court has also violated the federal constitutionally protected Due Process rights of the future Republican nominee for president.

Furthermore, the voters are to determine the federal election outcome without the interference of a state court attempting to influence the result. If President Trump is found guilty of any of the 34 charges, I would strongly encourage his attorneys to seek an emergency appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court based, at least in significant part, on Bush v. Gore.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. denounced the removal of hundreds of Confederate statues and other monuments across the United States after the murder of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer in 2020.

In a podcast interview that aired live on Friday from the Libertarian National Convention in Washington, Mr. Kennedy, an independent candidate for president, portrayed the removal of statues honoring the Confederacy as “destroying history,” echoing similar comments made by former President Donald J. Trump in support of the monuments.

While defending the statues, Mr. Kennedy also said that there were “heroes in the Confederacy who didn’t have slaves,” though when he later picked an example of a Confederate whom he idolized, he singled out Robert E. Lee, a prominent general in the rebel army who owned slaves.

“I have a visceral reaction against the attacks on those statues,” Mr. Kennedy said on the podcast, which was hosted by Tim Pool, a right-wing commentator. Mr. Kennedy had been asked specifically about the removal of a statue of Lee in Charlottesville, Va., in 2021. He added that “if we want to find people who are completely virtuous on every issue throughout history, we would erase all of history.”

Israeli Airstrike in Syria Kills Child, Wounds 10 Civilians

The strike hit a residential building in the coastal city of Baniyas by Dave DeCamp May 29, 2024 at 2:58 pm ET Categories NewsTags Syria

The Syrian Defense Ministry reported on Wednesday that an Israeli airstrike hit the coastal Syrian city of Baniyas, killing a girl and injuring 10 other civilians.

“The Israeli enemy launched an air attack from the direction of Lebanon, targeting a central site and a residential building in Baniyas city in the coastal region, killing a girl and wounding 10 civilians,” the Defense Ministry said, according to AFP.

The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also reported a girl was killed in the strike and put the number of civilians injured at 20. “Two explosions resonated… in the coastal city of Baniyas, killing a girl,” the SOHR said.

Israel has bombed Syria multiple times this month after a brief lull in strikes following the April 1 Israeli bombing of the Iranian consulate in Damascus, which killed a senior Quds Force commander and provoked the first Iranian missile and drone attack on Israeli territory.

On May 25, an Israeli drone strike hit Syria and reportedly killed two members of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, marking the third time within a week that Israel bombed Syria.

Israel has bombed Syria with impunity for years and has significantly increased strikes on the country since October 7. Israel has also been launching strikes in Lebanon on a near-daily basis, and Hezbollah has been firing rockets on northern Israel. Since October, Israeli strikes in Lebanon have killed at least 425 people, including at least 82 civilians.

So, it’s hardly a stretch or a “conspiracy” to believe that intelligence communities like the CIA and FBI are battling on behalf of the Biden regime. Many suspect they played a role in getting Biden installed in 2020, and they haven’t stopped their sneaky ways as we approach 2024. And now, adding fuel to the fire, a new video from President Trump’s Mississippi finance director isn’t doing the feds any favors. He alleges that he’s uncovered a sinister new plot aimed at sabotaging Trump in 2024 by threatening major donors with “trouble” should they choose to support President Trump.

Another State Department Official Resigns Over Biden’s Support for Israel

 by Dave DeCamp

Another State Department official has resigned over President Biden’s support for Israel’s slaughter of Palestinians in Gaza, The Washington Post reported on Wednesday.

Stacy Gilbert, a career official who worked in the State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration, said in a resignation email to her colleagues that she disagreed with a State Department report that claimed Israel has not been blocking aid deliveries into Gaza.

The State Department report also said that Israel was likely violating US and international law with US-provided weapons but claimed there was not sufficient evidence to prove it. The conclusion of the report, which was issued under a new national security memorandum, allows the US to continue shipping weapons to Israel.

Gilbert resigned on Tuesday, and Josh Paul, who resigned from the State Department back in October, pointed to the fact that it was the same day the Biden administration made clear Israel’s bombing of displaced Palestinians at a tent camp in Rafah wouldn’t impact US support.

“On the day when the White House announced that the latest atrocity in Rafah did not cross its red line, this resignation demonstrates that the Biden administration will do anything to avoid the truth,” Paul wrote on Linkedin.

Claire's Observations:  God bless this woman.  And please, some college or university, snap her up quickly, as a visiting scholar who is violently allergic to  those stinking bull biscuits the White House keeps serving up, insisting that Israel  is NOT being responsible for the genocide in Gaza.

Following a growing number of reports from a range of Western sources highlighting the game changing impacts of advanced Russian electronic warfare (EW) capabilities in its ongoing effort in Ukraine, EMP Task Force scholar and former U.S. Department of Defence officer David T. Pyne has provided further insight into prevailing evaluations of Russia’s capabilities. "Russia has the most capable electronic warfare systems in the world with the longest range and most powerful GPS and radio frequency jammers of any nation," he stated, adding that he had been impressed by "the speed at which Russian long range jammers have been able to adapt to jamming new U.S. and NATO weapon systems that have been introduced into the conflict." Russian electronic warfare systems "have proven effective at causing 90% of guided missile and drone systems supplied by the U.S. to Ukraine to miss their target, most importantly HIMARS,” he stated, adding that Russian GPS jammers "will likely prove increasingly effective against the recently supplied extended range U.S. ATACMS missiles as well." Pyne elaborated that Russian jamming systems were likely to be "proving increasingly effective against U.S. supplied Ukrainian air defence systems including Patriot and Hawk missiles enabling Russia to increase its air superiority over Ukraine,” stressing that this air superiority was contributing significantly to major Russian advances across several areas of the front.

The first example of a new class of Chinese warship with a large open flight deck, commonly referred to as the Type 076, is steadily taking shape. Generally described as an amphibious assault ship, there have long been reports that the vessel could feature catapults and arresting gear to support an air wing that includes uncrewed combat air vehicles (UCAV) and other fixed-wing drones.

Size-wise, satellite imagery already shows that the Type 076 is roughly in between China's current largest amphibious warship, the Type 075, and the country's newest and largest aircraft carrier, the Fujian. Most notable is the vessel's width. Its flight deck is substantially wider than the Type 075 and other amphibious assault ships, which will give it a large deck area to work with.

A more conventional supply shock is underway - nowhere near the nuclear-level hit by government-enforced lockdowns several years ago. The Israel-Hamas war has led to Iran-backed Houthis freezing the critical maritime chokepoint of the Bab al-Mandab Strait, attacking Western commercial vessels with missiles and drones (the latest incident on Tuesday), and forcing major shipping operators to reroute containerized freight around the Cape of Good Hope, which strains the world's containerized capacity and has just sent shipping costs surging once again.

Bloomberg reports new data from France-based CMA CGM SA, the world's third-largest carrier, indicating that the cost of shipping a 40-foot container from Asia to northern Europe jumped to $7k in the second half of June, up from $5k in the first half of the month. Rates ranged from $6k to $6.5k, with premium services approaching $1k.

"With capacity stretched by more than five months of attacks on vessels in the Red Sea, the container shipping industry is scrambling to meet demand that's picking up in the US and Europe," Bloomberg said.

Data from Bloomberg shows that Shanghai to Los Angeles, Shanghai to Rotterdam, Shanghai to Genoa, and Shanghai to New York are some of the most critical shipping lanes experiencing a price jump.

Trine Nielsen, senior director and head of ocean EMEA at Flexport, said companies are "double-booking or increasing booking numbers to secure space" amid thinning capacity.

The chief executive of Germany-based Hapag-Lloyd AG, the world's number five container carrier, blamed the surge in shipping rates on the continued Red Sea chaos and shrinking capacity, plus "really strong demand."

There are no forecasts on how long the price surge will last. However, Hapag-Lloyd CEO Rolf Habben Jansen said, "It could still last for another couple of months if the Red Sea situation doesn't improve."

News today from Bloomberg says Israel will need at least seven more months to defeat Hamas. This suggests the fight could expand outside of Gaza to either Lebanon or Iran. If that's the case, expect continued bombardment of ships in critical maritime chokepoints by Houthi rebels - with increasing risks of an oil supply shock that could send Brent crude over $100/bbl.

What a mess for Jerome Powell and company trying to slay the inflation monster.

Authored by Dave DeCamp via AntiWar.com,

A Ukrainian intelligence source told Reuters that a Ukrainian drone targeted a radar deep inside Russian territory that’s part of Russia’s early-warning system to detect nuclear missiles. The incident marks the second time within a week that Ukrainian officials reported attacks on a Russian nuclear warning system, known as “Voronezh M” radars.

The source said that the strike targeted a radar near the city of Orsk in Russia’s Orenburg Oblast, which is over 900 miles away from Ukrainian territory. The source didn’t say if there was any damage, and Russian media reported a drone was downed in the Orenburg region and that no civilian infrastructure was hit.

Via Telegram: an initial May 22 drone strike on the Russian missile early warning radar system, Voronezh-DM, near the village of Glubokiy in the Krasnodar region.

On May 22, a Ukrainian drone targeted a Voronezh M radar in Russia’s Krasnodar Oblast at a radar station about 300 miles from Ukrainian-controlled territory.

The US-state-funded RFE/RL reported there was damage to the radar site, citing satellite images, although Reuters said it could not verify the imagery.

While the Russian radars can track missiles fired by Ukraine, the primary function of the early-warning system is to detect intercontinental ballistic missiles to determine if Russia is coming under a nuclear attack.

Ukraine’s targeting of the systems could lead to a major response from Russia or potentially a miscalculation as the attacks come at a time of unprecedented nuclear tensions between Washington and Moscow.

The Telegraph reported that the attack on the radar in Krasnodar "sparked alarm" in the west. The report quoted Thord Are Iversen, a Norwegian military analyst, who said it was "not a particularly good idea…, especially in times of tension" and that it was "in everyone’s best interest that Russia’s ballistic missile warning system works well."

Locations of recent attacks on Russian nuclear warning sites, via Reuters, GlobalSecurity

Russia has escalated its war in Ukraine in direct response to Ukrainian attacks on Russian territory. For example, Russia recently launched major strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure after Russian oil refineries came under attack, and President Vladimir Putin has said his offensive in Kharkiv was a response to Ukrainian attacks on Russia’s Belgorod Oblast.

The United States Supreme Court is on the clock to deliver a ruling on Cargill v. Garland by June.

Following the tragedy in Las Vegas in late 2017, the ATF moved to ban bump stocks under discretion from the White House – classifying them as machine guns.

Since then, circuit courts have come to different conclusions as to whether a bump stock is legally a machine gun, however, the ban remains in place pending the Supreme Court ruling.

A bill has already been introduced in Congress to regulate bump stocks, should the Supreme Court strike down the ban.

While the pending case mainly deals with bump stocks, other “rapid-fire” devices, such as the forced-reset trigger are also under legal scrutiny.

The gun shop owner and U.S. Representative from Georgia’s 9th Congressional District has introduced a resolution to make the ATF’s “engaged in the business” rule of “no force or effect.”

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) announced their proposed rule August 31, 2023 to redefine what it means to be “engaged in the buisness of selling guns.”

The rule is now in effect as of May 20th, 2024, and expands the instances in which an unlicensed seller must use the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) to sell or transfer a gun — essentially banning the private sale of firearms, or even lending a firearm to a family member or friend.

Reports say violators of this rule will be punished with up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines.

Rep. Clyde’s resolution to block the rule says:

“Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, Department of Justice, relating to ‘’Definition of ‘Engaged in the Business’ as a Dealer in Firearms,’ and such rule shall have no force or effect.”
