The Gateway Pundit first reported on Pete Schwartz back in October 2021. He had already been in prison for nearly a year at that point.

The regime kept Pete in the hole for six months in the last two years.

Peter Schwartz, age 47 and a Kentucky welder who has served in the Army Reserve, was indicted after he was accused of pepper-spraying officers during the Jan. 6 protest.  This was after Peter, his wife, and thousands of Trump supporters were attacked by police without warning. Peter was arrested on Feb. 2, 2021, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Peter was with his wife when 30 agents assaulted him with flashbang grenades, armored vehicles, and more than 10 assault rifles aimed at his chest.

“At no point did either my wife or I resist but we were both roughly handled and forced/dragged up the stairs after being shackled and handcuffed as we were shoved around,” Schwartz said.

Pete went to courtin late 2022 in Washington DC.  The government paired him up with two other defendants he had never met or communicated with to strengthen their case.

The corrupt DC jury found Pete and his codefendants guilty on every single charge.  There were no victims.  The prosecution presented no witnesses.

Judge Merchan’s emotionally deranged and irresponsibly overbroad gag order, issued in two separate installments, the second building off the first, is both dangerous and unprecedented for its sweeping scope.  It severely infringes on President Trump’s fundamental rights protected under the First Amendment to speak, and, wherever appropriate, criticize the trial proceeding as he sees fit.  It is well-settled law that prior restraints on speech, of which gag orders are the textbook example, are – in the overwhelming majority of cases – unconstitutional as a form of government censorship.

Only in the rarest of cases has the Supreme Court upheld prior restraints on speech.  In the few cases where the Court has upheld gag orders, a form of prior restraint, the order was necessary to achieve a compelling state interest.  In other words, the Supreme Court has only permitted gag orders that satisfied the extremely high burden of strict scrutiny analysis.  Where gag orders are at issue, strict scrutiny compels courts to limit the scope of the order to an articulable set of facts – the facts encompassing the order must be extremely particularized and limited in scope, and only considered as a final option if and when all other alternatives to help ensure a fair trial have been totally exhausted.

A world-leading Belgian virologist, Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, predicts a tsunami of deaths will occur within the herd of Covid-jabbed sheeple around the globe due to the billions of spike proteins they have in their blood and organs.

This mass-casualty event has already begun, and it will pick up steam very soon when the “monster” Covid variants gain momentum.

The medical industrial complex will surely call it “Long Covid,” but it should be called Long-Vax-Syndrome.

According to research conducted in several studies, spike proteins can remain in human immune cells for a year to 15 months following vaccination, and this is for people who never even contracted the virus, so to call it “Long Covid” is misinformation.

Spring break celebrations devolved into chaos at the annual Orange Crush gathering in Savannah as shocking videos show topless brawls and mounds of garbage washing into the ocean.

The Orange Crush is a college spring break party on Tybee Island in the popular Georgia resort town. One video showed piles of trash along the coastline being swept into the ocean.

Another video captured the shocking moment when a fight erupts on the beach's boardwalk as several women violently punch and scratch each other - and several have their tops fly off.

The out-of-control scene led some on social media to ask 'When did Tybee Island become such a s*** show?'

Despite the shocking videos, local and state officials were quick to praise the 2024 gatherings with one stating: 'In general, everyone is getting along fairly well.'

The United States has registered over one million excess deaths among those over 65 years old since the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the first Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines more than three years ago.

The FDA issued the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine on Dec. 11, 2020, making it the first COVID-19 vaccine to secure authorization in the United States. After this the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine obtained an EUA on Dec. 18, 2020, and the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccine received EUA on Feb. 27, 2021.

The elderly were given the COVID-19 vaccine first and the number of excess deaths registered afterwards was astonishing. (Related: Excess deaths among patients in elderly care homes skyrocketed following COVID-19 vaccine rollout.)

During the first 20 weeks of 2021, 150,085 excess deaths were reported among people aged over 65 years old compared to the 2015 to 2019 five-year average.

Israel did not notify the US of its intention to carry out strikes in Iran on Thursday, and had previously told its closest ally that it would not strike the Islamic Republic until after the Passover holiday, a senior US official has told Middle East Eye.

The senior US official, who was speaking on condition of anonymity, said Israeli officials had assured their US counterparts that their response to Iran's highly choreographed attacks from over the weekend would not come until after the Passover holiday which starts on 22 April and ends on 30 April.

Israel's overnight attack on Iran appeared to be limited in scope, potentially designed to avoid further escalation.

Shortly after 10pm eastern last night (Thursday), all hell broke loose on U.S. cable news programs. News anchors jiggled and gesticulated to the “BREAKING NEWS” Mambo. Israel Strikes Iran with Missiles, was the refrain blared out every few minutes with the kind of urgency that suggested the end of the world was nigh.

I was in the unique position of having just appeared on Iran’s English language news channel, Press TV, to discuss Israel’s new claim that Iran had targeted the Dimona nuclear facility in Israel and that it had suffered some “minor” damage. I checked back in with my Press TV point of contact and was informed they were puzzled by the U.S. claims and were working to verify what, if anything, had happened. Shortly thereafter my contact passed on word that it was a small drone attack and all the drones had been shot down before reaching the target.

I turned back to U.S. cable news and the report was updated with the words, “limited strike.” It was at that point that I realized we might be in the midst of a massive propaganda offensive directed at the American public. I checked out the news coverage at RT and at Al Jazeera. Nothing. No flustered news readers desperately trying to scare the hell out of viewers.

Ukrainian president Zelenskyy was very pleased, personally thinking Speaker Johnson

I am grateful to the United States House of Representatives, both parties, and personally Speaker Mike Johnson for the decision that keeps history on the right track.

Democracy and freedom will always have global significance and will never fail as long as America helps to protect it.

The vital U.S. aid bill passed today by the House will keep the war from expanding, save thousands and thousands of lives, and help both of our nations to become stronger. Just peace and security can only be attained through strength.

We hope that bills will be supported in the Senate and sent to President Biden’s desk. Thank you, America!

'War is Peace', America!

Researchers at US/Israeli infosec outfit SafeBreach last Friday discussed flaws in Microsoft and Kaspersky security products that can potentially allow the remote deletion of files. And, they asserted, the hole could remain exploitable – even after both vendors claim to have patched the problem.

Speaking at the Black Hat Asia conference in Singapore, SafeBreach's VP of Security Research Tomer Bar and security researcher Shmuel Cohen explained that Microsoft Defender and Kaspersky's Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) can be made to detect false positive indicators of malicious files – and then to delete them.

A group of 15 financial officials from 13 states sent a notice to Bank of America, raising concerns about the institution’s “de-banking” of Christians.

“We write to express our concerns over Bank of America’s troubling track record of politicized de-banking. Bank of America’s de-banking policies and practices threaten the company’s financial health, its reputation with customers, our nation’s economy, and the civil liberties of everyday Americans,” the officials wrote in an April 18 letter to Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan.

We are especially troubled by Bank of America’s track record of discriminating against religious ministries. Notable examples include Memphis-based charity Indigenous Advance Ministries, the Timothy Two Project, and Christian author and speaker Lance Wallnau.”

In April 2023, Bank of America shut down the account of Indigenous Advance Ministries, which partners with groups in the African nation of Uganda to provide care and education for orphaned and at-risk children. The bank closed accounts of a Memphis church which donated to the organization.

A Palestinian Sanitation Worker Is Shot Dead by an Israeli Sniper for Daring to Go Up on His Roof

Three days after a hardscrabble worker living in a West Bank refugee camp was shot dead by an Israeli soldier, his son was born and named after him

Gideon Levy

A toddler is kneeling on sand scattered on the roof of his building. He's two years and five months old and has no idea what he's kneeling on. His grandparents turn their gaze away – the sight is overwhelming for them. Little Iyas is kneeling on the blood of his father, which hasn't yet been fully absorbed into the sand. This is where Saed Abu Alawiya, a sanitation worker of 32, had collapsed three days earlier. His wife Aya, 24, was in the final days of her pregnancy when he was shot to death on the roof of their home. The family threw the sand on the concrete floor there the next day to cover up the bloodstains, but now Iyas is perched on it, carelessly sifting it between his fingers.

A fan dangles from the ceiling of the living room in the apartment, its cable threatening to snap at any moment. There is an unpleasant odor of food hanging in the air; a stark, moldy wall; and a dull neon light that barely illuminates the furniture in the room. The two apartments owned by the Abu Alawiya family are in a building in the western neighborhood of the Nur Shams refugee camp, adjacent to the city of Tul Karm in the West Bank. During the past six months the Israel Defense Forces have continually raided the city's two camps, Nur Shams and Tul Karm, destroying, arresting, killing

The bereaved parents are sitting on the tattered sofa, their expressions bleak. Fadwa is 63, her husband Nazmi is 64; the agony etched on his face is even more intense than hers. When we visited the family three days after the rooftop killing, which took place on April 5, the atmosphere was grim and oppressive – and Aya, the widow, wasn't there: She had given birth the day before, via C-section, to a son. He was named Saed for the father he will never know. The new mother was still recovering in Tabeth Tabeth Hospital in Tul Karm, where her husband died. We're sitting in the home of the bereaved grandparents on the first floor; Saed's apartment is on the second floor. Fadwa and Nazmi have five other children; Saed was the eldest.

The family stood at the door to the roof, but were afraid to venture any further, for fear of being shot. Mohammed peeked out and saw his brother's legs protruding behind a wall. Thinking Saed had lay down on the concrete floor to hide from the snipers, Mohammed also lay down. About a quarter of an hour after the shooting stopped, he started to crawl toward his brother – and found him awash in a pool of blood trickling from his neck, lying motionless on his side. Neighbors who had arrived in the meantime helped lower Saed from the roof. Fifteen minutes later a Palestinian ambulance arrived, after having been delayed by the Israeli forces, and evacuated him to Tabeth Tabeth Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The bullet that struck Saed penetrated his chin and lodged in his throat, slashing through arteries.

Claire's Observations:  No judge; no jury; just the executioner, courtesy of the Assassination Nation, Israel.  The leadership of the alleged "only democracy in the Middle East", has shown its true  nature in these genocidal acts.

And yet, the Bidenistas continue supporting and abetting this genocide with massive aid, and the bombs and the bullets which which to execute this genocide.  Please just ask yourselves;  Is THIS a moral and just way of spending your taxpayer dollars?!?  Creating the deaths of a minority, the Palestinians, who, before the Balfour Declaration, understood, that Palestine was "Their Homeland"?!? And did Britain actually have the legal right to give it to Jews wanting to create an Israeli Homeland?!? Something to chew on, folks.

Between the crime, illegal immigrants, and the anti-Israel demonstrations, it’s a really tough time for New York City residents.

Thanks to rats, life is getting tougher. The city Health Department has just warned that in 2023 rat-related sickness soared to the highest level in a single year.

The Health Department is warning of a worrisome increase in the number of infectious leptospirosis cases that come from contact with rat urine.

“Not only are rodents unsightly and can traumatize your day, but they’re a real health-related crises,” Mayor Eric Adams said.

Last year was a record year for rat disease. From 2001 to 2020, New York City was averaging just three cases of human leptospirosis per year. That jumped to 24 cases last year and there have been six cases so far this year.
