The family of a woman who died of a septic abortion are now suing Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Las Vegas as part of a wrongful death lawsuit.
Alyona Dixon, 24, died on September 28, 2022, less than a week after she sought help from a Planned Parenthood clinic for a medically induced abortion, according to KLAS-TV. Just four days after the visit, she went to St. Rose Dominican's Blue Diamond campus in Las Vegas with what was characterized as a "sharp" lower abdominal pain that had started the day prior.
After a few tests were run, Dixon was discharged on September 26, according to the lawsuit. She was subsequently told to follow up with a gynecologist, and to go to the emergency room if her symptoms worsened.
She ultimately paid the emergency room a visit around 11:00 p.m. on September 27, with reported vaginal bleeding. The physician there described her condition as the following: "abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea, severe dehydration, acute renal failure, leukocytosis, sepsis, lactic acidosis, hypokalemia, sinus tachycardia, metabolic acidoses, pulseless electrical activity, respiratory failure.”
A pimp in New York has reportedly admitted to murdering his prostitute girlfriend and sex trafficking eight other women.
Somorie Moses, also known as "Sugar Bear," apparently known for his "extreme violence," reportedly beat Leondra Foster, 32, to death on January 13, 2017. And then he allegedly used a knife and saw to dismember her body, according to Fox News.
Four days after the horrific event, Moses allegedly disposed of the woman's torso and limbs at a sanitation site in Bronx, New York. However, the head, hands, and feet of Foster were discovered by the authorities in a deep freezer at Moses' Brooklyn home.
A former teacher and youth hockey coach in Carlsbad, California was sentenced to almost 16 years in prison after he was found guilty on Tuesday for playing a role in baiting children into sending sexually explicit images and circulated them online.
Daniel Zachary Dasko, 32, reportedly pleaded guilty to one count relating to the distribution of images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct back in April, per KSWB-TV. However, he is currently out on bond and was ordered to report to prison on October 3.
Dasko apparently lured the minors into sharing explicit material by posing as adolescent girls on social media. It was only then that he would prompt them to send the illegal images.
“This defendant is a sexual predator who used his position as a teacher and coach to inform his sexual interests and to target kids for online abuse,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Andrew Haden.
In a story that will have a big impact on the budget debate this week, the CBS News program 60 Minutes broadcast a report Sunday night on U.S. government aid to Ukraine that revealed that in addition to the billions in military aid to help the country defend against Russia’s invasion, the U.S. has spent nearly $25 billion in non-military aid including paying the salaries of Ukraine’s 57,000 first responders and subsidizing small businesses to keep Ukraine’s economy functioning.
60 Minutes correspondent Holly Williams traveled to Ukraine this summer to report on what the U.S. is funding and how it is being accounted for. The report will give ammunition to both sides of the arguments on the U.S. funding Ukraine, however it is pretty clear the report is intended to buttress those supporting funding Ukraine’s war effort.
Joe Biden is facing resistance in Congress to his request for another $26 billion in military and humanitarian aid for Ukraine.
Williams met up with three U.S. Senators while in Ukraine, Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and featured late Senator John McCain (R-AZ) in the report.
Hundreds of Illegal aliens in El Paso, the majority from Venezuela, will be sleeping in the streets since the shelters are at capacity. Among the illegals sleeping on the streets are innocent children. The shelters are so full that they have literally run out of room.
The Biden Regime doesn’t care. Millions of illegals have poured in since January 2021 when he was installed in the White House. It’s deliberate.
Judicial Watch announced today that it received 29 pages of records through the California Public Records Act that confirm illicit labs owned by Chinese nationals housed biologicals in hazardous and non-compliant conditions, multiple infectious agents, and starving and dead mice. Judicial Watch investigators also uncovered court documents which detail the deplorable conditions at the lab (which conducted “COVID” research), including photos of dead mice.
The documents were produced by the Fresno County Department of Public Health (FCDPH) in response to a request for:
Records and / or communications maintained by the Fresno County Public Health Department, including emails, email chains, email attachments, text messages, meeting minutes, interviews, voice recordings, video recordings, photographs, correspondence, statements, letters, memoranda, reports, briefings, affidavits, inspections, presentations, notes, or other form of record, regarding Prestige BioTech and Universal Meditech Inc.
Prestige Biotech reportedly runs Universal Meditech, Inc.
The records show that, on May 31, 2023, Dr. Rais Vohra, then-interim health officer for the Fresno County Department of Public Health, had issued an order to Prestige to close its operations in Reedley, CA, and clean up dangerous materials at the site:
This Order is issued as a result of the City of Reedley’s attempts at gathering authorized representative contact information, repeated requests of complete lists of biologicals present, and an inspection pursuant to Health Officer Order dated April 21, 2023, which revealed biologicals in hazardous and non-compliant conditions, the presence of multiple infectious agents and pursuant to Title 17 California Code of Regulations Section 2500, and multiple City of Reedley building and fire code violations, including but not limited to, failing refrigeration, and documented out of compliance electrical additions.
A Nigerian scientist has lashed out at projects backed by the likes of Bill Gates and George Soros, who are using Africa to secretly test unproven vaccines and experiment with dangerous technology, killing and maiming millions of people in the process.
Gates has a long history of disastrous medical trials in Africa, most recently involving children who were paralyzed by vaccine-derived polio linked to the new nOPV2 polio vaccine developed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, according to health officials in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Burundi, who announced the news in March this year.
Bill Gates also recently announced plans to force-jab every single African child with a new dangerous meningitis-causing vaccine.
Gates has also supported technology in which particles would be spread in the atmosphere to block sunlight from reaching the surface of the planet, as noted by Forbes. In February, Soros lent his support to a project using solar geoengineering to reflect more sunlight back into space, according to Fortune.
However, Chukwumerije Okereke, director of the Center for Climate Change and Development at Alex Ekwueme Federal University in Nigeria, said these concepts should not be tried out using Africa as a giant petri dish.
Representative Clardy of the Texas House of Representatives, is the living definition of a hypocrite. He voted against school choice in Texas and claimed there was no wokeness in his district. Turns out he sends his kids to private school, is funded by teacher’s unions, and his district’s schools are filled with wokeness.
We decided to do a deep dive into the schools in his district and we found very disturbing content so we reached out to Rep. Clardy for comment and his thoughts on forcing children to attend failing public schools where they are subjected to this material. His response was bizarre on many levels. We will detail it all below so get ready for a wild ride!
IRS agent has claimed that prosecutors in Washington D.C. and California intervened to block U.S. Attorney David Weiss — who has since been appointed as a special counsel overseeing the Hunter Biden investigation — from charging the First Son with more serious crimes. Waldon’s claims echo testimony given by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley.
Waldon — who previously served as the head of the IRS’ Washington field office — testified before the House Ways and Means Committee in a closed-door interview earlier this month. A transcript of the interview was obtained by the Washington Examiner.
“Mr. Weiss went to the U.S. Attorney’s Office — I can’t recall the dates — and they did not agree to prosecute the case in D.C.,” Waldon told the committee.
Waldon was one of several officials from the IRS, FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware who attended an October 7, 2022 meeting that Shapley described as a “turning point” in the investigation. While Waldon did not dispute Shapley’s notes on the meeting, he did share his belief that the meeting was not quite as contentious as his former colleague described it.
Russia’s food safety regulator Rosselkhoznadzor just announced a complete ban starting February 15 on all US corn and soy imports. This is a huge blow to organic and GM farmers alike, though the ban will be instated due to genetically modified crop and microbial contamination.
Though the total exports to Russia from the US are small in comparison to soybean exports, totaling over $156 million in recent years, with Russia importing only 4,742 metric tons of U.S. corn, the ban will still hurt US farmers.
Assistant Director of the Rosselkhoznadzor, Alexey Alekseenko said:
“Restrictions will be imposed on imports starting from February 15. They (the US) have to establish a system to ensure safety of products imported to Russia.”
China has issued similar bans in the past due to GM contamination, and only recently did an “about face” on the issue. US corn exports to the country recently dropped by 85% after a report detailing GM contamination was released.
Bill Clinton and Pope Francis have joined forces to urge world leaders to pursue human depopulation as a strategy for saving the planet from so-called “global boiling.“
The pope held talks with the former President this week to lay out their plans for meeting the WEF’s “Net Zero” goals.
The two unelected public officials said it was the “moral duty” of all governments worldwide to ramp up their efforts in fighting the “climate change catastrophe.”
The public admission that the elite want to depopulate the planet comes after UN Secretary-General Antonio Gutteres recently declared that globalists are now tackling “global boiling” as a matter or urgency.
Slaynews.com reports: During a doom-loaded speech in July, Guterres claimed that the Earth has now become “unbreathable” and “the heat is unbearable.”
Six people were have been hospitalized in an outbreak of E. coli linked to ground beef sold by the popular meal kit service HelloFresh, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports.
The public health agency put out a notice Wednesday reporting the illnesses that erupted from June 8 to August 17 of this year. Those affected were between the ages of 17 and 69 years old. No deaths were reported as part of the outbreak and none have suffered a severe condition often associated with E. coli that causes kidney failure.
In total, seven illnesses have been detected across Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington.
The CDC reports that the number of actual illnesses is likely much higher than reported, as many people who suffer the bacterial infection will not suffer severe enough symptoms to seek out medical attention, and never get tested for it as a result.
Twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton pushed the old, tired, debunked Russia collusion hoax during her interview with former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
Psaki falsely claimed Vladimir Putin intervened in our election in the past before asking Hillary Clinton if she fears it could happen again in 2024.
“I don’t think despite all of the deniers there’s any doubt that he interfered in our election,” Hillary Clinton said.
Clinton made Putin sound like he’s the most powerful man on earth who somehow controls the US government while simultaneously buying off officials and influencing American citizens.
Two Americans are alleging the FBI lost or stole their property after seizing it through a “shady” process.
“All we know is that their property was in a box and safe before the FBI broke into the box,” Joe Gay, an attorney with the nonprofit law firm Institute for Justice, told Fox News. “Once the FBI broke into the box, we honestly don’t know exactly what happened.”
“We don’t know if they lost it. We don’t know if somebody pocketed it and walked away,” he continued. “We have no way to know.”
The Institute for Justice filed two lawsuits Friday on behalf of clients who had property seized from their safety deposit boxes in a March 2021 FBI raid on U.S. Private Vaults, a Beverly Hills–based company.
After prevailing in court, and the FBI agreeing to return their property, both Don Mellein and Jeni Pearsons discovered some of their property was missing and suspect the FBI’s haphazard raid or sticky fingers are to blame.
When Tucker Carlson departed the Fox News Channel in April, his enemies cheered. But if they thought the happy warrior had finally been defeated, their judgment was as dismal as their approval ratings. With an assist from Elon Musk, Carlson is reaching an even larger, global audience with his new show, “Tucker Carlson on Twitter (now known as ‘X’).”
The veteran newscaster has expanded his mission: to defeat the mainstream media’s suffocating bias and incuriosity not just about critical events at home but in capitals around the world.
When we reach him, Carlson has just returned from the United Arab Emirates where he met with its president, Mohamed bin Zayed. Carlson pronounces the sheikh “the most interesting, wisest leader I've ever spoken to” — a provocative assessment given that the talk show host sat across from Donald J. Trump last month. Of the Arab leader, Carlson enthuses, “I've never met a more humble leader, ever — and I believe humility is a prerequisite for wisdom.”
Carlson is far less kind about his colleagues in the press. “They're all fearful people,” the 54-year-old scoffs. Instead of holding the powerful to account, “they do exactly the opposite.” Indeed, “they do their bidding.”
A video of Republican commentator Sarah Isgur speaking about the weakness of the Democrats’ presidential bench in a panel discussion on ABC News This Week was deleted from a post on X Twitter under the official This Week account.
Isgur had observed that the Democrat leadership is old and that the younger Democrats are thought by Democrat voters to not be ready for prime time. The post is still up with the now deleted video and has over 1.4 million views.
Isgur, a former Trump DOJ spokeswoman, cited a new ABC News/Washington Post poll that has President Trump beating Joe Biden 52 percent to 42 percent that also shows nearly two-thirds of Democrats do not want the 80-year-old Biden to run again but that Democrats have no one in the wings that they want to replace Biden on the ticket, with Kamala Harris topping the field at just 8 percent..
Former Trump White House lawyer Stefan Passantino sued crooked prosecutor Andrew Weissmann for defamation over a tweet claiming that Passantino “coached” January 6 witness Cassidy Hutchinson to lie under oath.
The lawsuit was filed in a federal court in DC. Passantino is seeking damages in excess of $75,000.
Recall that Cassidy Hutchinson falsely testified Trump lunged at a Secret Service Agent on January 6.
Cassidy Hutchinson said Trump got into “the beast” after his speech at the Ellipse on January 6 with the belief that he would be driven to the Capitol.
House Republicans provided a shocking update Friday on the progress of their corruption investigations into President Joe Biden and his family.
Previously, House GOP leaders said investigators had uncovered what they believed was about $20 million in allegedly improper and illicit payments flowing into the pockets of various Biden family members, including a potential bribe of then-Vice President Joe Biden.
But it turns out that figure was woefully short, apparently.
“Republican lawmakers recently predicted their investigation into the Biden family could prove the Biden business raked in more than $50 million, about $30 million more than bank records show thus far,” Breitbart News reported on Saturday.
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) told Fox News: “Based on the evidence I’ve seen so far, I think the number is going to be north of $50 million that we’re talking about here.”
The speaker of Canada’s House of Commons apologized Sunday for recognizing a man who fought for a Nazi military unit during World War II.
Just after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy delivered an address in the House of Commons on Friday, Canadian lawmakers gave 98-year-old Yaroslav Hunka a standing ovation when Speaker Anthony Rota drew attention to him. Rota introduced Hunka as a war hero who fought for the First Ukrainian Division.
“In my remarks following the address of the President of Ukraine, I recognized an individual in the gallery. I have subsequently become aware of more information which causes me to regret my decision to do so,” Rota said in a statement.
He added that his fellow Parliament members and the Ukraine delegation were not aware of his plan to recognize Hunka. Rota noted Hunka is from his district.
For 15 years, the Romeike family has lived in Morristown. Uwe Romeike, the father of the seven Romeike children, works as a piano accompanist at Carson-Newman University. Now, they say, the U.S. government is trying to deport them.
The family moved to the U.S. from Germany in 2008. Their application for asylum said they were fined by the German government roughly $9,000 after homeschooling their children, court documents show.
An immigration judge initially granted the family's application for asylum. The U.S. Department of Justice appealed the decision, and the U.S. Board of Immigration Appeals revoked the family's asylum status, documents show.
The family, with the help of the U.S. Home School Defense Association, appealed to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. A three-judge panel unanimously ruled against the family.
"They have not shown that Germany's enforcement of its general school-attendance law amounts to persecution against them," Judge Jeffrey Sutton wrote for the court.
Pornographic websites now have to verify the age of their users in several states, yet some advocates are claiming that the laws not only invade user privacy, but are also difficult — if not impossible — to enforce.
