President Joe Biden faced criticism during a press conference at the G7 summit in Hiroshima, Japan, on Sunday, after telling reporters to "shush up" while answering a question on debt limit negotiations.

When asked if Republicans were negotiating in good faith, the President responded, "It goes in stages," before being interrupted by another reporter. He then said, "Shush up okay."

Despite the interruption, Biden continued to explain that negotiations were progressing in stages, with the first meetings not being all that progressive, but the second and third meetings being more so. He added that carriers go back to the principles and put down new claims. He concluded by saying that he still believed they would be able to avoid default and get something decent.

Chinese researchers discovered a new type of attack targeting smartphones. BrutePrint is a brute-force attack that can bypass fingerprint authentication. They managed to breach security measures enabled for brute-force attacks like attempt limits and liveness detection.

Brute-force attacks use numerous trial-and-error attempts to decipher a key, or password in order to obtain access to accounts without authorization.

Experts tested the new method on ten smartphone models. These tests resulted in unlimited login attempts on all Android and HarmonyOS (Huawei) phones and ten additional attempts on iOS devices.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has spoken out about his recent phone call with FBI Director Christopher Wray, during which he demanded the release of an FD-1023 form that allegedly details "an alleged scheme involving then-Vice President Biden."

Speaking to Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, McCarthy emphasized that Congress has the right to oversee the FBI and that the House Oversight Committee has requested to see the document in question.

According to McCarthy, Assistant Director of the FBI's Office of Congressional Affairs Christopher Dunham has not yet acknowledged whether he has the document or provided it to the committee.

Webmaster addition: UPDATE: The FBI, having gone rogue, has once again refused to turn over the document.

The fallout from Fox News’ $767.5 million settlement to Dominion continues to shake things up at the top-rated cable news organization, which was sued by the voting box company after peddling election fraud claims following the 2020 election. The settlement is a historic one, and according to Fox News employees, it's burning a metaphorical hole in the organization’s pocket. It appears the company is rectifying the situation with employee layoffs, and the latest reports point to many reporters falling victim to the large payout.

According to employees who spoke to Rolling Stone, Fox News has laid off a group of journalists from its investigative unit, and it's claimed that the organization has nearly dissolved the entire unit at this point. Allegedly, this is a cost-saving measure to help balance the loss of funds being directed to the settlement with Dominion. But is that actually what's happening?

Many staffers believe so, stating that there's some outrage stemming from the idea that high-salaried individuals like Suzanne Scott and Maria Bartiromo are keeping their jobs while lower-tiered employees are the ones losing out. Scott is the current CEO of Fox News, and Bartiromo is an opinion host that was named in the Dominion lawsuit. Employees believe that Fox is trying to get "money off the books" before June 30. Fox News denies these claims, saying that the reporters weren't even laid off, but rather "reassigned" to different departments at the network.

An Arizona judge rejected the final lawsuit brought by Republican Kari Lake, affirming Democrat Katie Hobbs won the 2022 election for governor.

In a ruling Monday evening after a three-day trial last week, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson found Lake’s team did not present “clear and convincing evidence or a preponderance of evidence” that misconduct was committed in the 2022 Arizona election.

Kari Lake exits Maricopa County Superior Court after hearing closing arguments by attorneys at her election challenge trial in Mesa, Ariz., on Friday, May 19, 2023.

Lake, who has amplified former President Donald Trump’s lies about the 2020 election, has continued spreading falsehoods after the 2022 gubernatorial election, denying that Hobbs defeated her by approximately 17,000 votes.

Webmaster addition: I am angry about this, but not surprised. Nobody in government wants to admit even one case of election fraud or the whole swindle unravels.

Anheuser-Bush executives have trapped themselves in a corporate hell of their own making, and it is difficult not to enjoy the schadenfreude. The company was stripped of its LGBTQ+ rating from the Human Rights Campaign after wavering ever so slightly in its support for the trans agenda. The Corporate Equality Index, on which Anheuser-Busch had previously scored a perfect 100, is used to blackmail corporations into compliance with the latest progressive political agenda.

With sales plummeting almost 25% since the company embraced Dylan Mulvaney as a spokesperson, executives find themselves trapped between a boycott from their core market on one side and a woke social revolution on the other.

Bud Light has appealed to red America for decades by billing itself as the beer of the working man. There is a reason that the beverage is regularly called out by name in country songs; this has been the demographic Anheuser-Busch has always seen as its market. But red America is quickly becoming an unacceptable crowd to cater to. The heartland is filled with wrong kind of people, the ones who might attend church, vote Republican, and oppose the mutilation of their children. White, straight Christian males are the most unclean of all the common folk, and having them as the core of your customer base is seen as deeply shameful.

A paid internship posting at UK government transit body Transport for London restricted to non-white applicants has triggered widespread outrage after it was posted to social media on Saturday.

The Stuart Ross Communications Internship, which pays a total of £21,824 ($27,134) for 11 months of “London-based hybrid working” with one or two days per week in the office, requires the applicant to be “of Black, Asian and minority ethnic background, defined as having some African, Afro-Caribbean, Asian or other non-white heritage.”

Newly revealed documents and interviews with former Justice Department officials indicate that the investigation into the Clinton Foundation, focused on its interactions with foreign donors during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, remained open for the majority of President Donald Trump’s administration. The case was eventually closed just days before Trump left office, as detailed in closing documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, the New York Times reported on Monday.

Fox News might have always been more of a globalist than a patriotic news company, but when Roger Ailes left Fox News it signified something even worse: the end of the network’s conservative era — an era that strongly aligned with patriotic, hardworking Americans. With Ailes’ departure, the network transformed under the leadership of the the Murdochs and influential globalist board members such as Paul Ryan, fully aligning itself with the establishment and progressive ideology.

Roger Ailes’ widow Elizabeth came out recently and slammed the Murdochs for how they’v destroyed Fox News in 6 short years.

Near a peak of the Zagros Mountains in central Iran, workers are building a nuclear facility so deep in the earth that it is likely beyond the range of a last-ditch US weapon designed to destroy such sites, according to experts and satellite imagery analyzed by The Associated Press.

The photos and videos from Planet Labs PBC show Iran has been digging tunnels in the mountain near the Natanz nuclear site, which has come under repeated sabotage attacks amid Tehran’s standoff with the West over its atomic program.

With Iran now producing uranium close to weapons-grade levels after the collapse of its nuclear deal with world powers, the installation complicates the West’s efforts to halt Tehran from potentially developing an atomic bomb as diplomacy over its nuclear program remains stalled.

The FBI has again refused to hand over an internal document that Republicans claim shows President Joe Biden was involved in a 'criminal' scheme with a foreign national.

The House Oversight Committee, which is leading the investigation into 'influence-peddling' by the first family, met with bureau officials on Monday who who refused to hand over the file.

The internal FD-1023 form apparently details an 'arrangement' for an exchange of money for policy decisions, the Republicans said.

The bureau's latest stonewalling came as a second IRS whistleblower came forward, claiming he was sidelined from the Hunter Biden probe when he claimed the president's son was getting preferential treatment.

The FBI missed a noon deadline on Wednesday, May 10 to provide the document, angering Republicans who said FBI Director Chris Wray may face 'consequences.'

World War 3 is heating up. A heavily armed band of Ukrainian commandoes crossed over the border today and entered Russia’s Belgorod region. Fighting erupted in several Russian towns. The region’s governor said Russian military forces were searching for the terrorists. Ukraine denied responsibility for the armed incursion and said the attacks were carried out by Russian para-military groups.

Meanwhile, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told CNN that President Joe Biden now approves Ukraine striking Crimea. We’re going to start with a report from the London Times about today’s commando attack inside Russia.

Today, the U.S. Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) ordered federal agencies to address three recently patched zero-day flaws affecting iPhones, Macs, and iPads known to be exploited in attacks. The security bugs are tracked as CVE-2023-32409, CVE-2023-28204, and CVE-2023-32373, all found in the WebKit browser engine. They allow attackers to escape the browser sandbox, access sensitive information on the compromised device, and achieve arbitrary code execution following successful exploitation.

Chicago is struggling to accommodate the influx of migrants bussed from the southern border, with some forced to sleep at police stations due to a lack of housing.

According to reports, at least 8,500 migrants from Latin America have been bussed to the Windy City since August 2020. The situation has become so dire that former Mayor Lori Lightfoot declared a state of emergency on May 9. Her successor, Brandon Johnson, has pledged to find a solution to the crisis.

"We don’t want our story to be told that we were unable to house the unhoused or provide a safe harbor for those who are seeking refuge here, because there’s enough room for everyone in the city of Chicago," he said. "Whether you are seeking asylum or you are looking for a fully funded neighborhood, we don’t want our story to say that we did not invest in all of the people and all of the communities that make our city great."

Anheuser-Busch is offering to buy unsold cases of Bud Light back from retailers as sales continue to crater in the aftermath of a brief but disastrous partnership with trans-identifying influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

The offer, reported by The Wall Street Journal, comes as boycotts continue to dog the brand in the wake of the controversial deal. Mulvaney raved in a TikTok video about a gift from Bud Light — a can featuring the trans-influencer’s face — and the partnership, which reportedly consisted of just the one can, sparked a boycott that caused sales of the beverage to plummet nearly overnight.

By mid-May, Bud Light sales were down 28% in comparison with 2022 sales numbers for the same time period — according to a Bump Williams analysis of Nielsen data — and several high-profile celebrities had thrown their weight behind a total boycott of the brand.

NATO and its supporters and member-nations are hiding the fact that the predominant belief in many of these nations is actually that they’re dictatorships that merely pontificate ‘democracy’ to other nations as an excuse to defeat their targeted-for-conquest nations which they call ‘autocracies’ or etc. in order to fool the public to ‘justify’ the military-industrial complex and its war-games and invasions and their enormous arms-sales.

NATO, which is America’s propagandistically ‘pro-democracy’ military alliance against Russia and against China, polled the people in 53 countries — some of which are in NATO and some of which aren’t — and asked them whether they believe “My country is democratic,” and found that NATO’s own core country, U.S., was, itself, #35 down from the top, and China was #6, and Russia (NATO’s main target or ‘enemy’ nation) was #43, and that two of the most anti-Russian countries on the list were near the very bottom: the rabidly anti-Russian NATO member Poland was #50, and the NATO-aspiring Ukraine was allegedly #17 (enormously improved performance for NATO, since Ukraine had been #47 out of the 53 nations back in NATO’s 2020 poll). Anyway, since NATO hid their results, instead of publicizing them, the complete list, with the indicated rankings, are finally being published here (wherever that will be effectively allowed), for the very first time anywhere.

On Monday, the White House offered support for a bill brought forth by two House Republicans that would increase penalties for fentanyl trafficking as well as recognize it as a Schedule 1 substance – the highest classification.

The White House Office of Management and Budget issued a statement praising the Halt All Lethal Trafficking of Fentanyl, or HALT Fentanyl Act with an anticipated House floor vote coming Thursday.

Reps. Morgan Grifith (R-VA.) and Bob Latta (R-Ohio) were the two Republicans who introduced the bill earlier this year. In a memo, the White House stated 52 cosigners are Republican as the bill aligns with President Biden’s public safety agenda. There has not been a Democrat that has co-sponsored the bill.

Warming effect was found to be strongest at night, with the nighttime warming effect observed at 28 operational US wind farms.

They are using Nigeria and other countries as test subjects before rolling out these programs in the West. It is hard for Americans to fathom currency cancelation, as it has never occurred here.

Yet, the Federal Reserve has made it clear that they are looking into this option. Per usual, they market it as a “convenience” for the people.

In truth, it is a way to ensure money stays on the grid under the thumb of government. They will not allow one cent to go untaxed, and as the program expands, they can remove individuals and organizations from participating in society entirely.

The California bill would require companies to disclose how much they contribute to climate change each year — including not only their direct emissions, which many companies now report annually, but also the largely hidden indirect emissions involved in the production and consumption of their goods. The proposal covers all large companies doing business in the state, and since California’s economy is on the brink of becoming the fourth-largest in the world, it would effectively become national policy.

The bill has drawn predictable opposition from oil and gas interests, but they’re not the only ones. Private equity and restaurant lobbying groups are also fighting the plan, as are major corporations like Meta Platforms, Wells Fargo, and beloved California burger chain In-N-Out Burger — all of which could end up looking a lot less sustainable than they currently claim if they’re forced to fully account for their contributions to climate change. Food systems, for example, likely account for more than a third of global emissions, according to one recent study.

The ultimate goal of a law passed in March repealing part of the 2005 Disengagement Law is to resettle four evacuated Jewish settlements in the northern West Banks, Otzma Yehudit MK and settlement activist Limor Son Har Melech said.

She made the comments in the wake of a new military order rescinding a ban on Israelis residing in the area of one of those former settlements, Homesh, announced by Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who is also a minister in the Defense Ministry, on Saturday night.

Son Har Melech, who was a resident of Homesh before it was evacuated 18 years ago, was strongly critical of the commander of IDF Central Command, Yehuda Fox, who issued the order, as it applied only to the area of Homesh, and that it had not been extended to the three other settlements.
