The first group of French military instructors are on their way to Ukraine, senior Ukrainian MP Aleksey Goncharenko said on Friday.

This comes just days after Ukraine’s top commander, Aleksandr Syrsky, announced that he had completed paperwork facilitating the presence of French personnel in the country.

“My sources informed me that the first group of French instructors is already on its way to Ukraine,” Goncharenko, a member of the Ukrainian parliament and delegate to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday evening.

Hundreds of thousands participated in a peace march in Hungary’s capital, Budapest on Saturday, denouncing the EU’s policy of escalating tensions with Russia. The event culminated with a speech by Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who accused Brussels of bringing Europe closer to a global conflict.

The demonstrators marched from the iconic Chain Bridge to Margaret Island on the Danube River.

Many carried flags, chanted pacifist slogans, and held signs reading “No war” and “Give us peace, Lord.”

Recent reports reveal that Senator Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona has utilized over $200,000 in taxpayer funds for private air travel since 2020. The Daily Beast disclosed in January that Sinema incurred $116,000 in private plane expenses in 2023, charged to her Senate office budget.

Taxpayers have allegedly footed a bill of approximately $210,000 for Sinema’s air travel since 2020. Despite being elected as a Democrat in 2018 and subsequently switching to an independent, Sinema reportedly did not conduct any publicly accessible, in-person town hall meetings while accumulating these expenses, as per Fox News.

Former President Trump, fresh off his New York criminal conviction for falsifying business records, told Fox News he will get even with his adversaries by getting his old job back.

"My revenge will be success," Trump said in an exclusive sit-down interview with "Fox & Friends Weekend."

"These are bad people. These people are sick, and they do things that are so destructive… if it weren't me, they'd be going after somebody else, and I know a lot of the competition. They wouldn't do so well."

The US Department of State lied to Congress when it said Israel was not restricting the flow of aid into Gaza, a former official has claimed after resigning in protest.

Stacy Gilbert served in the State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration for 20 years. She left her job as a senior adviser on Tuesday, citing objections in relation to a 46-page memo titled NSM-20, which was provided to US lawmakers on May 10, she told Reuters and The Guardian.

In the memo, the State Department said Israel had not breached a US law that prohibits the provision of arms to nations that restrict American humanitarian aid.

Gilbert was one of the experts consulted for the report and says the conclusion did not correspond to reality.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) is proposing a ban on cellphones in New York schools as part of a broader effort to address youth mental health issues and curb teens’ use of social media.

Hochul announced her intentions on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, emphasizing that excessive phone use during school hours detracts from students’ education. “Why are our young people on their devices all day long during school hours?” Hochul asked. “You don’t have to be in the world of social media throughout the day.”

The details of the proposal, which she plans to introduce in the next legislative session starting in January, remain vague. However, Hochul noted the importance of protecting kids’ mental health and suggested low-tech alternatives like flip phones without internet access to ensure parents can still communicate with their children in emergencies.

Webmaster addition: The local high school has WiFi for the students, but it filters out social media. Kathy needs to do her homework.

A federal judge derided an apparent effort to get the judge overseeing former President Trump’s criminal classified documents case removed, arguing the Florida judge appeared to be the victim of an "orchestrated campaign."

Judge Aileen Cannon was the target of more than 1,000 complaints in a single week last month, with critics accusing her of intentionally stalling the criminal case against Trump until after the election, according to a report from CNBC.

But 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals Chief Judge William Pryor shot down the effort, saying in a May 22 order that he "has considered and dismissed four of those orchestrated complaints as merits-related and as based on allegations lacking sufficient evidence to raise an inference that misconduct has occurred."

About 1.7 million people have been displaced to the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip and central sectors due to Israel's Rafah operation, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said on social network X.

The UN humanitarian mission in the Gaza Strip says the Israeli assault on Rafah has forced nearly 2 million refugees to flee once again.

"Thousands of families have been forced to flee due to Israeli military operations," the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said in a statement. "An estimated 1.7 million people have been displaced to Khan Younis and central areas of the Gaza Strip."

Taisha Simon had heard of people stealing money the federal government gives families to buy groceries, but she didn't realize she would become one of their victims.

It happened last June when the 42-year-old mother headed out for the big shop she does at the beginning of each month after getting $939 in US food aid for her and her four children.

Her vulnerability, as it turns out, was a plastic, government-provided debit card that relies on outdated technology. The government uses Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards to issue food and cash assistance, and cardholders use them at the point of sale to pay for groceries.

When Simon checked out at her local Aldi's, her cart full of canned food and vegetables, nothing was left on her card. She paid for what she could out of pocket, but that fell far short of what her family needed.

"I cried every day because my 5-year-old has autism and my 17-year-old has ADHD and ODD and they have food sensitivity," said Simon, who works as an assistant manager at a retail store. "I wasn't able to feed them the way they were normally used to eating."

Simon's experience, unfortunately, isn't uncommon. It's part of a growing trend of identity theft targeting the 42 million lower-income Americans who rely on EBT cards to receive their government food and cash assistance.

"This is a really crummy crime," said Justin King, policy director at Propel, which provides a free mobile app for EBT cardholders. "You're stealing this money from these people, my heavens. This is devastating for folks who are on the edge already."

WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and other globalists were met with failure at the May 27-June 1 World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland. Rather than win over critics with reassurances ahead of the next stage of his campaign to promote the failed scheme, Ghebreyesus instead doubled down, urging a crackdown on skeptics.

Road to failure

Ghebreyesus has spent several months promoting his "global pandemic agreement."

In his Feb. 12 Dubai address, entitled, "A Pact with the Future: Why the Pandemic Agreement Is Mission-Critical for Humanity," Ghebreyesus said, "We cannot allow this historic agreement, this milestone in global health, to be sabotaged by those who spread lies, either deliberately or unknowingly."

The critics whom Ghebreyesus branded liars and conspiracy theorists include those who reckon the pact would undermine national sovereignty as well as those skeptical of the WHO's competence. In the latter case, the WHO did itself no favors in recent years, particularly during the pandemic.

After all, the organization reportedly aided the Chinese communist regime in its cover up of COVID-19's origins; told the nations of the world not to restrict travelers from China or close their borders even though China had domestically; granted Beijing a veto over the WHO's COVID-19 origins report; and it endorsed vaccines that were not nearly as safe or as effective as advertised, including the blood clot-inducing Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine whose developer now faces a class-action lawsuit over injuries in the United Kingdom as well as a recent lawsuit in Utah. Prior to the pandemic, it also courted controversy with its sexual abuse scandal, wasteful spending, and corruption.

Ok folks, time for some controversy….

Half of you absolutely LOVE Derek Johnson, and the other half throw a fit every time I feature him.

I don’t know if he’s right about everything, but he seems to be right about much more than he’s wrong so I like him.

And I’m excited to show you his latest video because it’s absolutely spot on.

He published this after the Trump Guilty verdict was released and Derek is just smiling big time.

Why?

Because he says it had to be this way.

This was the plan all along.

This now opens up the door for the REAL ex-President criminals to now be charged.

No longer is it taboo for an Administration to go after a prior President.

In last Wednesday's blog I pointed out that three events could be examples of a covert warfare currently under way: the recent drone attack on a Russian early warning radar at Aramvir, the alleged incursion of a specialist team into a Raytheon facility in Tuscon (which, I hasten to add, may just be a completely fabricated story), and the recent murder of a Chchen man. As I pointed out in that blog, we're looking at a string of ifs, at least, with respect to those articles.

However, there is a bit of confirmation that something is going on by  U.S. Navy Admiral Daryl Caudle, according to this story shared by K.M.:

To address its continuing recruitment crisis, the British Army is considering enlisting those with autism or a previous mental health diagnosis.

The service reportedly directed outsourcing giant Capita to formulate a plan to potentially hire those who would normally face a blanket ban in the British Army.

Under current rules, applicants who have autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), or a history of depression are outright rejected.

But a report by The Telegraph said the army is pushing to reverse this policy, with plans to reassess its medical requirements by refining questions on ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and mental health.

Aspiring soldiers with autism or ADHD account for more than 500 failed applications in the British Army each year.

Despite a shoddy prosecution and questionable “star” witness, the jury in Trump’s New York criminal case found him guilty on all 34 charges. This came after the judge gave the jury bizarre instructions that seemingly undermined every criminal case in American history.

Millions of Americans are outraged. Joe Biden is already using this to prop up his failing campaign.

But Trump is not staying quiet. He immediately made a video and posted it online. He issued his official response to the Democrat-led prosecution. And he gave a clarion call to every American who fears for his country.

From Daily Wire:
“This is the final battle,” Trump said in black-and-white video posted to Truth Social. “With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state, we will expel the war mongers from our government. We will drive out the globalists, we will cast out the communists, Marxists, and fascists; we will throw off the sick political class that hates our country. We will rout the fake news media and we will liberate America from these villains once and for all.”

WATCH: @realDonaldTrump just posted this video:

Trump called the 2024 Election the “final battle” for our country. Democrats abused the legal system to convict him of crimes—all to undermine the upcoming election. Trump vowed to “demolish the deep state” and expel the “warmongers,” “communists,” and “fascists” from the government.

The UK has once again concluded that it will not suspend arms exports to Israel, after reviewing a further three months of the Israeli military’s presence in Gaza.

The latest review examined Israel’s bombardment of the enclave until 24 April, including the killing of three British aid workers.

“The business secretary has therefore decided our position on export licences remains unchanged. This is consistent with the advice ministers have received. As ever, we will keep the position under review,” reads a foreign office statement seen by The Guardian.

The statement adds that the UK operates a “robust and thorough assessment of arms export licence applications” and would not grant a license if there is a “clear risk” that the arms might be used to violate international law.

NATO's recent move to strengthen its eastern border is aimed at deterring Russia, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said on Sunday, adding that it should be clear to Moscow that the alliance will be ready to defend itself if necessary.

Speaking at the Eastern German Economic Forum also attended by Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Simonyte, Scholz said Germany has played a leading role in NATO's presence in the Baltics on Russia's border, stretching back nearly a decade.

"And because the threat from Russia will continue, we and other allies decided last year to deploy additional units to the Baltic states and to station an entire brigade there permanently in future," Scholz said, according to a speech manuscript.

"But this turnaround in security policy is necessary to show Russia: We are prepared to defend every square inch of NATO territory against attacks."

He said diplomacy would only be successful from a position of strength, adding that it was absolutely vital that Baltic states could fully rely on NATO allies jumping to their defence in the event of a Russian attack.

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has threatened Palestinians in the West Bank that Israel could turn their cities “into ruins like the Gaza Strip.”

Smotrich’s threat comes as violence from Israeli soldiers and settlers in the West Bank against Palestinians continues to escalate. Since October 7, over 500 Palestinians have been killed in the territory.

In a video posted on May 30, Smotrich addressed his “neighbors beyond the fence” in the West Bank cities of Tulkarem, Nur al-Shams, Shuweika, and Qalqilya.

“We will turn you into ruins like in the Gaza Strip if the terror you are inflicting on the settlements continues. Terrorism against the citizens of Israel must stop,” Smotrich said, according to HuffPost.

Smotrich, leader of the Religious Zionism party, is a settler himself and holds another minister position in the Defense Ministry that gives him the power to expand settlements in the West Bank, essentially making him the occupation governor of the territory.

As the November elections approach, a new poll reveals that the vast majority of Americans across the political spectrum are deeply concerned about the deliberate spread of disinformation on platforms controlled by Big Tech.

A national survey commissioned by the media reform group Free Press found that 79 percent of people polled worry the information they are seeing online is “false, fake, or a deliberate attempt to confuse.” As serial liar Donald Trump prepares to face off against embattled President Joe Biden, 76 percent of those polled said they are concerned about misinformation regarding the presidential election. The poll also finds that large majorities are especially worried about coverage of local elections in their own communities.

The past decade saw the unprecedented rise of online disinformation as public trust in corporate media outlets eroded. Local newsrooms collapsed under pressure from both social media and vulture capitalists who swept in to gut struggling outlets. Artificial intelligence, or AI, programs such as ChatGPT have emerged as convenient but extremely controversial — and often incorrect — sources of information. Other countries have already struggled with AI generated “deep fakes” in their own elections this year. Potential voters have plenty of reasons to feel uneasy about the rapidly changing media landscape.

The Geneva International Peace Research Institute, GIPRI, submitted a communication to the International Criminal Court (ICC), signed by two Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research (TFF) Associates, Professor Richard Falk and TFF director Jan Oberg, urging the Court to investigate the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen for complicity in war crimes in the occupied Palestine territories including Gaza.

On May 22, GIPRI sent a communication to the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC saying that reasonable grounds exist to believe that "the unconditional support of the President of the European Commission to Israel – military, economic, diplomatic and political – has enabled war crimes" and the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

They said that the various human rights and prominent academics and experts in international criminal law endorsed the communication and urged the prosecutor to launch investigations based on the information they provided against Von der Leyen.

The Islamic Health Committee on Saturday reported that 16 children were injured in an Israeli air strike on the south Lebanon town of Siddiqine.

The wounded children, aged between four and 14, were transported to hospitals in the region for treatment, a source in the Islamic Health Committee told AFP.

Lebanon's state-run National News Agency reported that the strike on the town, located inland from the coastal city of Tyre, was among several conducted by "Israel" on Saturday, resulting in seven people being wounded.

The Israeli military claimed that its fighter jets targeted "significant Hezbollah assets" in various areas of southern Lebanon, yet all of those who were affected by the strike were children.
