Ammonium nitrate was the explosive in the massive bomb used in the Oklahoma City terror attack of 1995. It was also the substance that caused a deadly explosion in a warehouse in the port of Beirut, Lebanon, in 2020.

Foul play is not suspected yet, but the loss of a hazardous chemical is just the latest rail problem in the past several months. In February, a train carrying toxic chemicals derailed in East Palestine, Ohio, eventually leading to a massive explosion that spread potentially hazardous substances to the surrounding community.

Twenty-four Republican governors have responded to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s call for help to secure its border with Mexico.

“The federal government’s response handling the expiration of Title 42 has represented a complete failure of the Biden Administration,” the governors said in a joint statement, referring to the end of the public health authority, Title 42, which expired at midnight on May 11.

Title 42 allowed for the quick expulsion of foreign nationals who’d entered the U.S. illegally during the COVID-19 pandemic. With its end, an estimated 150,000 foreign nationals from all over the world are waiting in Mexico to illegally enter the U.S. at any moment, border officials say.

This is after at least more than 7 million people have been apprehended or reported evading capture by law enforcement since President Joe Biden’s been in office.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) on Wednesday introduced a resolution to expel Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (CA) from Congress.

Luna’s resolution comes days after Special Counsel John Durham released a report about the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign for alleged Russian collusion.

After a years-long investigation, Durham determined the FBI should not have launched an investigation into the Trump campaign. Durham concluded, “the Department and the FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described” in his report.

The Texas House and Senate both passed an Interstate Compact bill to help Texas, in concert with other states, secure the southern border.

Because the largely Democratic-controlled legislatures and governors of border states New Mexico, Arizona and California are unlikely to cooperate, an interstate compact would likely be formed with other Republican-led states to secure the Texas-Mexico border.

Of the four southern border states, Texas shares the longest border with Mexico of 1,254 miles and has been hit hardest by Biden administration policies altering federal immigration law.

SB 1403, filed by Sen. Tan Parker, R-Flower Mound, and its companion bill, HB 82, filed by Rep. David Spiller, R-Jacksboro, passed the Senate on April 17 and the House on May 10. The House passed the bill with an amendment, which went back to the Senate, which concurred. The House and Senate then voted again to pass the bill on Tuesday. On Wednesday, it was sent to the governor, who is expected to sign it.

Webmaster addition: 24 states (with Republican governors) are sending assistance to Texas. Indiana is one of them!

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy threw conservative media outlets into disarray on Tuesday, with many suggesting Representative Adam Schiff should be removed from Congress.

McCarthy’s comments came in response to a reporter asking what accountability looks like following the release of the Durham Report.

Durham’s report, details of which were released earlier this week, found that the FBI did not have enough “factual evidence” to investigate allegations of Trump-Russia collusion and revealed that they and the Department of Justice “failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law.”

“You have pledged, if the GOP takes the majority in the House, that you would investigate the findings of the Durham investigation. Now that the report has been released, what does accountability look like?” a reporter asked.

McCarthy replied that House Republicans are looking to have Durham testify “so we can look at it more” and made the following comments about Democrat Adam Schiff:

“You remember when he told the American people he had proof? Remember when he told him he didn’t know the whistleblower and what he put America through and openly lied to us? And now it’s proven in this as well,” he continued.

An A.I. chatbot asked to summarize Special Counsel John Durham’s long-awaited report on the DOJ’s Trump-Russia collusion probe found the FBI unjustly pursued an investigation into former Trump National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn.

According to a Twitter post by conservative commentator Justin Theory, the chatbot was fed all 306 pages of Durham’s report and asked to “give the top 5 highlights about Gen. Flynn.”

Among its findings, the chatbot concluded, “The FBI did not have a legitimate basis to investigate General Flynn,” and that, “The investigation into Flynn was part of a larger effort by the FBI to undermine the Trump administration.”

Peter Flaherty is the chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center and he recently had his microphone cut, he was escorted out of the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting and he was arrested for bringing up the fact that their CEO Warren Buffet is a massive contributor to Bill Gates, a man who is known to have met with the prolific pedophile Jeffrey Epstein AFTER he was convicted of being a sex offender!

After being released on a bond of $2,500 Flaherty stated “I apparently touched the third rail of billionaire politics when I mentioned Jeffrey Epstein’s name…I’ve been involved in shareholder activism for 19 years, and I have never before had my mic cut and I was never before arrested.”

In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth goes over the transcript and full speech that Flaherty would have given had he been given the opportunity to finish his 3 minute speech that he was invited to give before being cut off by those who don’t want to hear the truth because it might affect their bottom line!

With just one day left until the annual Bilderberg conference kicks off, a massive security operation is beginning to be set up with bomb sniffing dogs and police barricades closing off the only street that would allow access to film the participants…But that’s never stopped PFT before!!

In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth covers the official lockdown of the Bilderberg meeting where journalists and activists alike will be kept back as far as possible because much like how a cockroach scurries from the light, these elite globalists are no different in that they don’t like the bright lights of attention being brought upon them…so that’s exactly what we’re going to do.

The outlet says its report provides insights into how the late financier dished out favors to his associates

Philosopher and activist Noam Chomsky, and conductor Leon Botstein have confirmed to the Wall Street Journal that they were previously involved in transactions with the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein, who had widespread connections in political, business, showbiz and academic circles, died in a prison cell in 2019, while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges. Both Chomsky and Botstein had dealings with the financier after 2008, when he pleaded guilty to procuring a child for sex work and soliciting a prostitute, the WSJ said in a report on Wednesday.

Chomsky told the outlet that he didn’t receive any money from Epstein, and only asked the financier to help with “a technical matter” relating to the disbursement of common funds from his first marriage.

Over the last week Ukrainian officials have been insisting that the long-promised counter-offensive is delayed until the West can pony up more tanks, ammunition, artillery and other weapons. But, there has been a noticeable uptick in Ukrainian attacks on Russian positions. These assaults apparently were carried out as a symbolic gesture to appease Western demands that Ukraine do something to the Russians.

You can tell that the Ukrainian attacks have been a bust by the very subdued reporting of the activity in the Western press. John Helmer of Dances With Bears provides a grim summary of the effort:

On May 12, in the first day of their scheme, 1,725 Ukrainian men were killed on the Donbass front. This is the worst day’s military casualty rate since the US coup in Kiev launched the war in February 2014.

The city recently booted some American veterans from hotels to make room for migrants and has cancelled rooms reserved for weddings for the same reason.

Adams is starting to panic because he knows this is a massive loss in tourism dollars for the city.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un reportedly inspected the nation’s military satellite station, according to state media. Kim also approved the next steps that would be taken by the committee overseeing the launch.

North Korean state media outlet KCNA reported that Kim inspected a military satellite station on Tuesday. Kim also approved the next steps that would be taken by the non-permanent satellite-launching preparatory committee, which is overseeing the launch of the isolated nation’s first military intelligence satellite. KCNA did not reveal when the launch will take place.

The U.S. State Department is warning it will use "a number of tools" to "hold North Korea accountable" if the nation proceeds with an illicit satellite launch.

Deputy State Department spokesman Vedant Patel addressed the issue regarding the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Wednesday in a press conference.

"Any DPRK launch that uses ballistic missile technology would also include [space launch vehicles] SLVs used to launch a satellite into space and that would violate multiple U.N. Security Council resolutions," Patel told reporters.

Californians are pushing back against a state proposal that would give weekly checks to illegal immigrants as the state endures a migrant surge, amid an already-tight budget amid the ending of Title 42.

State Senate Minority Leader Brian Jones, R., warned the proposal sends the wrong message to potential migrants and incentivizes them to come to the U.S. illegally during "Fox & Friends."

"When the governor and the Democrat super-majority is sending out the message of come to California, get free money, you don't have to work, that's just going to draw more and more illegal immigrants to our state," Jones told Brian Kilmeade Wednesday. "And that's the message that we're trying to stop in its tracks right now before it spreads to the rest of the country."

A viral video shows lightning speed signature verification of ballots, with a ludicrous 99.97 percent success rate. Arizona ballots were approved as fast as they could load on screen, leading to questions over whether any actual signature verification was taking place at the state’s gubernatorial election in 2022.

Kari Lake, the Republican candidate who lost out to Democrat Katie Hobbs, has also pointed out that many signatures were verified in officials’ offices with no observers present. The new video lends credence to Lake’s contention that it is simply not possible for officials to have legitimately verified the hundreds of thousands of ballots they approved in the time allotted – and the rejection rate for mail-ins in Maricopa County does appear to be unusually low.
