A coalition of trucker drivers is threatening to refuse deliveries in and out of New York City to protest the $354 million civil fraud penalty leveled against former President Donald Trump last week. According to one “Trucker for Trump,” who goes by the name “Chicago Ray” on X, drivers are already beginning to decline New York City delivery jobs to express their outrage with “mother*****g leftists” and the policies of President Joe Biden.

“I’ve been on the radio talking to drivers for about the past hour, and I’ve talked to about 10 drivers… they’re going to start refusing loads to New York City starting on Monday,” Chicago Ray said in a video posted hours after the ruling was made public. “I got about three drivers that I drive with… they already fought with the boss telling him they ain’t going to New York City.”

“I don’t know how far across the country this is or how many truckers are going to start denying loads going to New York City, but I’ll tell you what—you f**k around and find out,” he continued.

Former President Donald Trump will appeal the $355 million fine imposed in New York's civil fraud trial by challenging Judge Arthur Engoron's definition of fraud, Newsweek reported Monday.

Engoron, a Democrat, on Friday ordered Trump to pay the enormous fine after deciding the former president, The Trump Organization, top executives, and his adult sons are liable for fraud.

"The case raises serious legal and constitutional questions regarding 'fraud' claims/findings without any actual fraud," Chris Kise, Trump's principal lawyer in the case, told Newsweek.

Trump and his lawyers previously vowed to appeal Engoron's ruling to the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, ABC News reported.

Webmaster addition:  I think Trump's lawyers should file a case at the USSC for a stay on Engoran's fine, based on the 8th Amendment.

A new research paper in pre-print circulation at the open access journal Medical & Clinical Research raises the horrifying possibility that certain Covid-19 patients were euthanized during the pandemic.

The research paper has not been peer-reviewed; but it does provide data and documentation that is leading to pointed accusations directed at the National Heath Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom that doctors pursued a deliberate policy of euthanizing certain Covid-19 patients, particularly those patients struggling with pulmonary-respiratory issues.

Excess Deaths in the United Kingdom: Midazolam and Euthanasia in the COVID-19 Pandemic explores the stark lagged correlation between patient injections of the palliative sedative midazolam in certain regions of the United Kingdom and Covid-19 excess mortality rates.

The most striking dataset compares the monthly U.K. England excess deaths with monthly midazolam injections. Reported excess deaths follow upon injections by one month.

‘Shark Tank’ mogul Kevin O’Leary announced he is boycotting New York City following Judge Arthur Engoron’s $355 million ruling against former President Donald Trump. The decision was labeled as “corrupt and baseless” by O’Leary, who criticized both AG Letitia James and Judge Engoron for their roles in the case.

“I’m shocked,” O’Leary told Fox News. “There’s no rationale for it. I can’t even understand or fathom the decision at all.” He extended his criticism towards the state of New York, branding it a “loser state” alongside California due to unfavorable policies, high taxes, and uncompetitive regulation.

“[New York] was already on the top of the list of being a loser state. I would never invest in New York now, and I’m not the only person saying that.” The reality TV star and entrepreneur also highlighted the impact of the ruling on future investments, particularly in high-end data centers, which are a booming asset class in the real estate sector.

For years, California Democrats have been hostile to gun owners. California Democrats frequently attempt to erode Second Amendment rights in the state.

A bill in the Democrat-controlled California State Assembly that was introduced on February 16th, would force homeowners and renters to disclose information about firearms they own. Assembly member Mike Gipson, and State Senator Catherine Blakespear are the two leading California Democrat lawmakers pushing this legislation.

Section 2086 will be an addition to the Insurance Code pertaining to AB-3067.

The questions include information as to the number of firearms in the home, the method of storage, and how many firearms are stored in vehicles on the property. The questions include whether or not the firearms are in locked containers or not.

As sudden deaths continue to soar around the world, pharmaceutical companies have been quietly dropping mRNA vaccines, which have been repeatedly linked to the phenomenon.

Since the public rollout of Covid mRNA shots in early 2021, sudden and unexpected deaths have been skyrocketing.

Massive spikes in heart failure, strokes, blood clots, cancers, and vaccine-acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (VAIDS) – all of which are side effects of the mRNA injection – have caused global excess death numbers to soar.

Department of Justice (DOJ) Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report on President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents omitted nine boxes of potentially classified records, according to Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin).

The senators made the existence of the records public after the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) responded to their oversight queries. NARA reportedly confirming that, at DOJ’s urging, it retrieved the 9 boxes out of concern for the sensitivity of their contents.

NARA further acknowledged to the senators that the FBI had reviewed the contents of the boxes. But it is unclear if NARA or the FBI shared their findings with Hur.

Grassley and Johnson are pressing Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Hur on this “significant factual omission.”

“Civil War” connotes Americans will be fighting one another. However, a “1776-style struggle for Independence” denotes our common belief that the federal government—The Regime—must be brought to heel.

This from thelibertydaily.com.

A growing recognition of and antipathy for an entrenched ruling aristocracy with more allegiance to fellow globalists from the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, et al. than to fellow citizens from America’s heartland is causing widespread discussions of how to rid our beloved country of this detestable unaccountable bureaucracy.

There have been murmurs since Obama first spoke of his “fundamental transformation of America”—late 2008 or early 2009—about the potential for civil war in the United States. Polls depict half the country believes that future conflict is likely.

National College Resources Foundation (NCRF)’s First Annual Black College Expo™ is an event that highlights Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other postsecondary institutions to provide admissions and scholarship information to students, parents, and other visitors in attendance.

The one in Los Angeles earlier in the week became a mob free-for-all, with gangs fighting each other, reportedly non-stop.

Why would a Black Expo College Fair cause mob fights? People were robbed, and many fled when they thought a mass shooting was imminent.

This is anarchy. That’s what happens when there are no repercussions for bad behavior. It needs to stop, but who will stop it?

The police say the illegal alien gangs pouring into New York City are unstoppable. They steal phones and then hack the phones to drain bank accounts. Travel to Long Island or upstate, and it’s a different world.

Some of the gang leaders are incoming, and some were here but exploit illegal immigrants to commit crimes.

THE NEW AMERICAN DREAM IN NYC IS COMMITTING CRIMES

They’re stealing phones and jewelry and robbing bodegas. One bodega cost the owner $100,000. Assaults are up, and some crimes are unspeakable. Criminals are not kept in prison. Crimes are up 32% since 2019, and many crimes are like nothing we’ve ever seen.

Illegal apartments in the city are the base for gangs.

About 1,600 employees are being laid off at Nike, according to President and CEO John Donahoe. Donahoe revealed the development in a company-wide email sent on Thursday, per WFAA.

“This is a painful reality and not one that I take lightly. We are not currently performing at our best, and I ultimately hold myself and my leadership team accountable,” he said.

“Nike has a proud history where the most challenging moments bring out the best in us, individually and as a team. I know we will come together to respond once again, and I am confident in our future,” he added.

Donahue also revealed that the layoffs will not affect store managers, store employees or distribution center employees.

The first round of layoffs started on Friday and will continue through the week. The next rounds will go through the end of May.

President Joe Biden is no longer the 'clear favorite' to win in 2024 and appears to be 'losing' his momentum in the campaign, political analyst Nate Silver claims.

In a Substack post on Monday, the FiveThirtyEight founder concluded that Biden 'should stand down if he wasn't going to be able to run a normal reelection campaign.'

'If you'd asked me a year ago, I would have told you that Joe Biden was a reasonably clear favorite in the event of a rematch against Donald Trump,' he wrote in his Silver Bulletin post.

Now, Silver argues, 'it's time for the White House to put up or shut up.'

Some Trump-supporting truckers are refusing to transport loads to and from New York City after the former president was fined $355 million and had his ability to run businesses in the state suspended in Friday’s civil fraud verdict.

A pro-Trump truck driver known as “Chicago Ray” posted a video to X following the verdict, sharing that he and several of his colleagues are declining NYC delivery jobs due to Manhattan Judge Arthur Engoron’s ruling.

“I’ve been on the radio talking to drivers for about the last… hour and 15 minutes…  I’ve talked to at least ten drivers… they’re going to start refusing loads to New York City starting on Monday,” Ray said.

Former President Donald Trump must pay nearly half a billion dollars as a bond to New York State before he can appeal the ruling by Judge Arthur Engoron last week that he must pay $354 million in fines — over $450 million, with interest — for fraud.

Critics have noted that Trump is the only person ever to be sued under an obscure New York fraud statute that does not require any harm be done, and that effectively criminalizes the everyday practice of real estate valuations in negotiations with banks.

Though Attorney General Letitia James — who ran for office promising to target Trump — claimed that no one is above the law, her case against Trump marks the only such case in the history of the state. And the staggering fine is likewise unprecedented.

The Democrat-controlled state of New York has been quietly handing out cash payments to thousands of migrants under a rule change qualifying non-citizens for welfare.

Gov. Kathy Hochul’s Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) modified its Safety Net Assistance (SNA) program’s parameters in 2023, making migrants who have filled out asylum application forms eligible to receive even more taxpayer dollars.

A memo quietly sent out to New York welfare office workers from the Hochul administration on May 12, 2023, carefully revised the standards needed to qualify for SNA, expanding them to include “non-citizens who are considered permanently residing under color of law (PRUCOL).”

“PRUCOL is not an immigration status, but a public benefit category used by OTDA for the purposes of Safety Net Assistance (SNA) eligibility,” the memo reads, before listing the several different kinds of immigration documentation SNA providers should accept from migrants.

Way back then, amidst all that corruption! We nostalgically pine back to notions like those were the turning from the Good Old Days, when there was some pretense of normalcy and societal functioning—that is, some premises about life in general that one could tentatively take for granted—such as ‘some’ Bill of Rights still honored and protected.

Freedom of Speech was still considered an American value and for some of us, an American right. More aware individuals realized that freedom of speech is such an important right it is the reason it was listed as the First Amendment.

Furthermore, we came to realize the Second Amendment was equally important that it is, and was, necessary to secure the Peoples’ First Amendment.

Now both of these rights have been deftly conspired against, and many of us now realize there is ‘nothing’ sacred in our mortal conceptions regarding American freedoms and liberties (let alone sanity). In fact, even the Judicial branch of government (judges, DOJ, and FBI employees) has become highly corrupted and compromised. ALL OUR LINES IN THE SAND HAVE BEEN CROSSED.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday boasted that he had worked “for decades” to block the establishment of a Palestinian state.

“Everyone knows that I am the one who for decades blocked the establishment of a Palestinian state that would endanger our existence,” Netanyahu said, according to The Times of Israel.

He made the comments while discussing a plan to introduce legislation into the Knesset that would match a declaration made by the Israeli cabinet on Sunday that rejected “international diktats” related to a Palestinian state.

The strong statements came after reports said that the US and some of its Arab partners were looking to unveil an outline for a long-term peace deal that would include a “firm timeline” toward a Palestinian state.

Benny Gantz, a member of Israel’s war cabinet, threatened on Sunday that Israel will launch an assault on the southern Gaza city of Rafah if Hamas does not release the remaining Israeli hostages by Ramadan, which begins on March 10 this year.

“The world must know, and Hamas leaders must know — if by Ramadan our hostages are not home, the fighting will continue to the Rafah area,” Gantz told a gathering of Jewish American organizations in Jerusalem on Sunday.

Rafah has a pre-war population of 275,000 and is now packed with 1.5 million people as the city has become a final refuge for Palestinians who fled other areas of Gaza. Israeli airstrikes have been hitting Rafah, but Israel has yet to launch a full-scale invasion.
