President Donald Trump says American strikes have significantly degraded Iran’s military capabilities, leaving the country with fewer drones and missiles. He also asserted that Iran’s navy and air force had been destroyed, as reported by Fox News.

While the US is arming its long-serving B-52 with potent ship-killing missiles to take on China’s expanding navy, severe munition constraints and operational vulnerabilities could undermine its strategic impact.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy said on Monday that its forces struck another oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz and said that it was the third ship it had hit in two days.

The UK Maritime Trade Operations said it recorded six separate attacks on Sunday alone, far more than the IRGC has taken credit for. It also recorded at least three attacks on October 9 and October 10.

Kiev’s request has little to do with the elections and is designed to buy time needed for the Ukrainian military to rearm and regroup, Peskov stated on Monday, commenting on Zelensky’s words.

Iran will destroy US technology infrastructure in the Gulf if Washington attacks again, the secretary of its Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Rezaei, has warned.

Speaking to Press TV in an interview aired over the weekend, Rezaei singled out US assets in the United Arab Emirates and around the Strait of Hormuz. He estimated their value at more than $2 trillion and described them as the “pulse of the American economy in this region.”
